They were very intentional, have a great eye for what will look good on you personally, and they are so easy to talk to you. I go to Lorelei, and I've never had a better cut and color. So I put myself on the wait list and ordered an at home kit. I really did not know what color to buy and I really didn't want to dye my hair myself. Do I was so excited when I got the text message saying I was booked for an appointment in 2 days. When I arrived to my appointment, I was warmly greeted and since I've been there before, they had my previous color selection. My experience was relaxing and my color came out amazing. I ended up signing up for a membership because it just makes sense! I also downloaded the app because it has the ability to pay your bill from it. So cool!
