This place was exactly what we hoped to find for lunch on our first day in Cochrane. We sat on the back porch overlooking the busy road with lots of excavating going on across the street but it added to the experience. Our server was incredibly efficient and made the meal even better. We ordered the pulled pork sandwich with fries and the honey garlic wings with onion rings. The guys ordered beers of choice and we girls had club soda with lime - a $3.00 charge. Some places it's free. The food was so much we didn't finish even though we split a meal. Outside there is a rock garden where you are encouraged to take one and leave it somewhere else to bless someone. I will take mine home to FL. So glad we came here!

I especially liked their 24-2 Brett Stock Ale which we ended up buying a couple bottles of to bring home. They also make an excellent sour. Blindman is great and definitely worth a visit if you happen to be in Lacombe, but if you don't, their beers are sold in stores all across the province and they offer delivery in Calgary, Edmonton, and parts of central Alberta.
