This maze was harder than I thought. 5400 sq feet - with one observation deck for bystanders and another two for those who try the maze! Featured in Amazing Race season 5, this maze is sure to trick you! Don't fall for the shortcut signs! And clock in and out to see how long it takes you!

Popular for kids and the young-at-heart, this wooden maze has an overhead platform where their parents and other passer-bys (like myself) can stand to watch them struggle through the maze. The signs posted inside the maze to urge them to find the exit are hilarious. I believe it's $5 (?) admissions but we skipped it because the maze was crowded by the time we checked it out. It looks fun though!

I enjoy a good fair. So u really wanted to write a good review. Despite all, there were moments that were enjoyable, but not because of anything Talley did to make for a positive experience. Mostly because they have a few good employees that understand families and just happen to be employed by this company. Bless their hearts. After being ushered on and off rides like livestock (and without instruction) we decided to give in and play some games. Got suckered into paying 3 rounds of popping balloons at 10 bucks each just to walk away with the crappiest little prize possible. Then a woman seen that we were dis pleased and asked us to give her game a chance, she said maybe she could change our mind about it being a total waste. I gave her the opportunity to prove me wrong. . . The outcome, she proved that this place IS INDEED a HUGE rip off, but that a great personality goes a long way. I would come back and play this girls game again and again, not because it was cheap or easy, but because it was enjoyable. That wasn't the fair, it was the person. When giving her game the chance to make up for a horrible experience, she said "she promised" it would be fun. That's a bold statement to an already aggravated customer. So she sold me on that promise. She then proceeded to talk me into every member of our party having to participate. (6 people at $6 each) Don't ask me how, but I was easily convinced. She even got my teenage daughter who dreaded being with us there in the 1st place to get into the game. Got the kids riled up in a competitive yet playful manner, and when we were ready she rang the bell and the race was on. Now, there is only a single winner every race. I had 3 kids with me that day. You better believe we played that game 3 times so they can each win whatever prize they wanted. The quality of the prizes at the higher level is much better than the original 30 bucks spent. All and all I spent over 100 bucks at that game alone, and if she would have accepted it, I would have tipped her well too. She single handedly turned what I saw as an expensive and horrible experience, into one of the coolest family moments we have had since the kids became tweens and teens. That is priceless. My point here is, this company sucks. The prices are ridiculous, and the food is mediocre at best... But one good soul can take the focus away from that and put in to perspective the reason we came in the first place... To make that joyous memory, one our kids will look back on when they bring their children to the carnival. What ever they are paying this employee, it should be doubled and then doubled again. Because without her, this fair is shit! Hope this is helpful, and shout out and thanks to the "monkey race" girl at the Jungle Chase and her sweet daughter at the water guns (We should have gotten their names but the gravity of the experience didn't fully settle until we were on our way home).

Beautiful views and a pleasant ride, if you're willing to sacrifice a bit of comfort. My 6'1" husband's legs barely fit in the train and my butt was numb by the end, but it was a small price to pay for the joy of the ride. My kids thought it was the most fun thing they'd done in a while, and we do lots of fun things. Whether or not you consider this to be an expensive activity probably depends on how many kids you have. I read a few reviews that thought this was cheap fun, but we paid $37 for our family of 7. Ouch! FYI the current prices (as of Feb 2020 anyway) are $5 per kid and $6 per adults. CASH ONLY. FYI: I think there used to be two pick up stations but the day we went the train was only picking up from the zoo station. The train left every hour on the hour, with the last departure at 4pm. The train was definitely full to capacity, so I would advise arriving 15 min before departure so you can be there when the previous train arrives and snag your seats together.

They can close up if it gets too hot (100 degrees or more, or super cold/bad weather) you can call of you are unsure. Their website also provides the times/days they are open, seems to change every season. Even on hot days when the train is moving you usually get a nice breeze, you go over bridges and can count turtles in the eater, under bridges, through parks and wave at the people and bicyclists. It stops about halfway through and you can grab a drink, snacks or ice cream, they only stop for about 5 minutes though. DO NOT hold up the train, a lady was halfway in a train car waiting for the rest of her family and got yelled at in front of everyone by the conductor. They have a schedule to keep, be considerate!

The package we received $10 in video games (no prize games) and unlimited attractions: golf, rides, laser tag, go carts There were 2 attendants that appeared to be working. One stayed at the cars -it was the most popular-possibly because there was an attendant there so it looked operational. All other attractions we had to go find an attendant and that was quite difficult. Plenty of employees walking around but none working attractions. We finally found one person and she seemed responsible for all of them. So only one ride at a time could be operated. That is ridiculous since we paid for unlimited and only one closed at a time. Pizza was supposed to be ready at 11:45 -we had 1 sorcerer for more than 30 people! Too much for one person. Pizzas were not delivered until 12:10 and only 2 at a time and were served 2 slices at a time by waitress. We then had to wait to get 2 more pizzas. So we spent A LOT of time waiting for rides and food and very little time participating in the activities. Pizza was terrible -think kid pizza. Not one participant asked for seconds. Worse than Main Event pizza It could be improved with staff! And better food

Also most rides only had one cart going at a time, so even spending extra money on Fast Lanes was iffy because the waits were still long. The same employee was dropping her measuring stick every 2 minutes, handing off her employee phone and stick to a guest waiting to get on the ride to put on her jacket, leaning over the wooden part and telling everyone she was tired and just wanted to go home. Not the energy someone wants to encounter after waiting almost an hour for Fast Lanes. On the same ride, they made everyone move down 2 rows to let a family that wasn't waiting in line pick where they wanted to sit. We were bummed out because we did not want to be in the back and got moved to the back without warning. I do believe this letting families jump the line and pick where they sit is not okay especially for the people who paid extra for fast lanes. After getting bumped to the back row we were disappointed because we'd been in the back row for every ride we had been on and that was our final ride of the day. Also, if you plan to use the app to navigate your day, be cautious of the wait times. Each ride had a different wait time than what we saw in the app, and we ended up waiting even longer than what the app said.

The staff is hit or miss too. A lot of the time it looks like they don't want to be there, but then you'll run into some employees who are actually really nice and helpful. My biggest issue is the Flash Pass. I usually buy the 90% reduced wait time option and it's insanely expensive, but somehow I still end up waiting in long lines even with it, which defeats the whole point. That said, this place isn't all bad, and it's not a 1 star for a reason. The park feels more sanitary now and you can tell they're making improvements to try to make it better. One warning: do not get FanShield, they won't give you your money back. Also, I wouldn't recommend ordering tickets online, do it in person just in case.

They also do free shows with Peppa that were fun and covered from the heat! I took one star off due to the price. The rides here were invented and built by real rodeo cowboys. The men who actually rode the bucking broncos and bulls. They have taken their experiences and now you can have a taste of what it's like, but in safety. You can take a quick ride and call it a day, or if you want to take lessons in a safe environment before you take on the real deal, they can do that for you too. The men here were awesome, true Southern Gentlemen and a joy to meet. My ride on the mechanical bull lasted only 40 seconds or so (my choice), but it was a wild wild ride. You forget you are on a machine the way it bucks and moves. Unlike most mechanical bulls, this one is on wheels and is controlled by remote control. The bull rolls around the area as it bucks and kicks, giving you a very realistic taste of the cowboy (girl) life. You are safely seat belted in and the gentleman at the controls will never let you fall. If bucking and kicking are too much for you, don't worry there are other rides to take advantage of.
