If you have older kids, this is definitely not the place for you. * Broken Games: The "video game" area is a joke. They only have 12 older games, and only 4 of them actually work. * No Basic Amenities: There is absolutely nowhere to put your shoes. With each visit you receive two coins to be used throughout and a clear bar to hold all or your items. You can create a ring or race car crayon. You can create melted crayon splatter art. There is a coloring station, chalk area, watercolor painting, and a small indoor play area. It is a nice indoor area to take kiddos to beat the outdoor elements and still have fun. Do not go to this location…read more I had one of the sketchiest customer service experiences I've ever had here. To keep it short, my wife and I arrived and purchased two rides. My card was charged, but I was then told they couldn't see the payment on their end and refused to let us ride unless I paid again. The first charge had already processed, and I even showed them my bank statement, but they wouldn't accept it. Since it was my wife's birthday and we didn't want to ruin the evening, I paid a second time so we could ride. Later that night, I lost my wallet. Thankfully it was found, but when I got it back, the $200 cash that had been inside was missing. I know it was there because I originally tried to pay with cash and was told they only accepted cards. When I brought these issues to Phillip, the manager, he was dismissive, rude, and took no accountability for the situation. As for the duplicate charge, they denied any responsibility and refused to refund it, despite the charge clearly appearing on my bank account. I ultimately had to dispute the charge through my bank, and after more than a month, the dispute was resolved in my favor. Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend staying away from this business.
