Has anyone ever heard of something so ridiculous? Over $17. They do not give two craps about their customers. Customer Service didn't even try to keep my business.

I purchased an iPhone 14 from this store last week and after a week of calling support for network…read moreconnectivity issues I was advised to seek a warranty claim. The phone support representative offered to process a buyer's remorse and wave the $70 restocking fee so I could have a be new phone but this would take time. The other option was to process a warranty claim which would take even longer and usually means I a reburbished device. If I wanted a refubished device I would have purchased one and paid hundreds of dollars less last week. To speed the process, T-Mobile Support suggested I ask the store to do this for me. Not only were they unwilling to wave the buyer's remorse charges, but they would also charge me sales tax again. They did not offer to help me with the warranty claim either. This is truely unbelievable. Luckily, when I called Support again, they were able to to connect me with Apple who miraculously able to connect me to the Network. Their unbelievable solution was to change the name of my device, so when connecting to Bluetooth or Hotspot the name of my phone would be anything other than iPhone. My problem is solvled. The only thing T-Mobile Support could have done better was recommend this solution. What could this store have done better? Stand by the $1,000+ devices they peddle on a daily basis. When a customer has a problem their job is to recommend solutions and never say no without recommending a soluton.

I have call for IT help 6 times in 2 months. I have been placed on hold for up to 45 minutes between service reps. The best ones are the apologists who continue to say, "I'm sorry ". But, can't say what they did to be sorry about. So T- Mobile OverLords or Board of Directors if it matters I have been a loyal customer for over 20 years. Most were spent in California. I will be switching to AT&T or Verizon next month. In case you don't know there is a Cell Tower about 2 miles from my apartment in Fayetteville, Arkansas.

THEY WILL SCAM YOU! When you switch over or trying to add a…read moreline, they'll tell you it's the price on the card that's full retail. So that you're paying $200-$400 over the actual price and they will technically ring you up for accessories that you don't actually receive or asked for. So when you should be paying for promotional price plus month and such, you're actually paying for accessories and then some that you'll never get. If they say they're giving it to you for "free" it means they already charged you for it. Next time you go, ask for a receipt, the machines do in fact work. They'll either try to take a picture of the receipt but it's not the actual break down. And will over charge you and screw you over. They do not need your code for you to make a payment, it's just so they can access your account to try to sell you more crap. PLEASE BEWARE AND TRIPLE CHECK EVERYTHING. I recently worked there and it's the same reason why I left, because i refuse to scam people and call it "selling". Selling takes skills, and scamming is just a shady and sleezy way of just trying to make a living. Save yourself the hassle and just do it all online. *putting a 5 star so people can see it.

Tried to get a refund 7 days later which does fall into the 14 day window of returns and was told no returns. Don't buy the Moto G Power! The battery does not hold a charge, the "touch" screen will not work unless you apply lots of pressure AND I'm stuck with the phone! I've been with MetroPcs for over 15 yrs but there are no benefits for loyal customers, I work for a competitor and still stayed but now I'm shopping around.

After having a not so good experience at another T-Mobile store, this store was able to help us out…read moretremendously. Matthew was super friendly and knowledgeable. Although our phone was not repairable, he was able to give us some good suggestions and tell us about a promotion going on. They are the only T-Mobile store in the area that have service people on site which makes things more convenient. All of the employees there the day we went seemed super friendly and helpful.

We had a very disappointing experience with S&G Carpet…read more The initial installation was extremely poor, staples and nails and screws were left exposed on the carpet and also thrown on the floor (a safety hazard, especially with small children), debris wasn't cleaned up, and there was even a spill that was not disclosed until we pointed it out. The carpet also had to be redone due to workmanship issues, requiring multiple return visits and extending what should have been a straightforward project into several days. (Install was Monday and was finally properly completed on Thursday) While the company eventually sent a different installer to correct the work (2 more times), the process to get there was frustrating. Communication from management was argumentative and combative at times, to the point that I did not feel comfortable meeting alone and asked my husband to be present. The tone of the interaction was noticeably different in person. We ultimately reached a resolution, but it took far more effort than it should have. After spending nearly $8,000, the level of workmanship, professionalism, and overall experience simply did not reflect the value we were promised. I would strongly recommend closely monitoring any work done and documenting everything if you choose to use this company.
