Complaint Information…read more Complaint Type: Customer Service Issues Description of Complaint: One-Comm Company was contacted about moving away from them to a new provider. We Have 12 Phones and 4 main Lines we needed them to forward those numbers to a different number. They said that MITEL was the ones who needed to do that. We reached to MITEL , MITEL support says that one comm is the ones who are responsible for that change. I've spent 3 Days back and forth with both company's refusing to help forward the numbers. Not Sure what rules they are breaking but its smells like a lawsuit. Desired Settlement: Refund Desired Outcome Description: I think this company needs to shut down.

After having a not so good experience at another T-Mobile store, this store was able to help us out…read moretremendously. Matthew was super friendly and knowledgeable. Although our phone was not repairable, he was able to give us some good suggestions and tell us about a promotion going on. They are the only T-Mobile store in the area that have service people on site which makes things more convenient. All of the employees there the day we went seemed super friendly and helpful.

I am going on 1 month of trying to resolve the issues the reps in store caused (one of which no longer is even employed there). They fucked up my trade in, misquoted my bill, and now my bill is way over what I was even paying at my previous provider. I was called by the store manager 1-22 (after my family Member spent all day at the store trying to resolve this) being assured it was being handled. As of today, it has not been resolved and my bill just keeps going up. They will tell you they are a corporate store and do everything correctly but they don't.

Told them it was for a router, not a phone, but they wouldn't do it. Finally had my third party company call in and convince them to sell it to me. But why would you not sell a SIM card? Anyone ought to be able to walk in and buy 1000 SIM cards if they want with no hassle. I'll never use t mobile again.
