Communication would have gone a long way if he had told me this fear ahead of time. His brother, Eric, was a nice guy. Instead of trying to "upsell" me, as other places had tried to, they talked me into going with the less costly of the 2 options they presented me with, and also explained why/how the more expensive of the 2 was unnecessary for me. The only down-side is they aren't currently mobile (not sure why because I think they used to be?), so you have to go to them. For me, it's still totally worth it because of 1-5 above and because my office is only about 7 minutes away. They already had my car and wouldn't let me take it back without paying over $2,000 in storage fees. In all, I ended up paying knockout about $1,500 out of my own pocket to finally get my car back. It was an awful situation and they felt nothing trying to get as much money out of me as possible. It was a terrible experience and I will warn everyone I possibly can about this place. Stay away.
