We wanted a 4-hour exploration on and off trail but no prior experience here. Shawn found a buddy, Josh, to join us as a coach on technique and local trail knowledge. Josh did a great job, especially helpful digging this 68 year old out when I augured in a few times. The $6,000 upfront deposit charged on my credit card was intimidating, but also understandable considering their risks of machine damage. Within an hour after we returned the snowmobiles intact, they reversed the deposit charge. Great rental suits, boots etc. and machines are kept in tip-top condition. I would recommend Adrenaline to anyone healthy, from elderly but able to young kids riding with parents.

Chad left all the covers off of my engine leaving layers of dust and dog hair in my motor.When I pick my motorcycle up Chad put the covers on without cleaning them leaving the dog hair for the next mechanic to deal with. Prior to May it was at Motor World West 3 other times with problems. It has now been sitting in his shop since May of 2018 today..is September 27th. No calls are ever returned and when you reach one of the 3 guys who sadly work there, they tell you the parts just shipped.....and.....months later......still broken unusable UTV at Motor World West. Does not stand by his product and only cares about selling you something and making money....ODES Industries is as crappy as Motor World West....buyer beware. And if you ask for a refund, his answer is..."I WILL NOT DO THAT, AND I WON'T TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR ODES PRODUCT!" Ha...
