I've been to this store a few times since then and have found the selection to be a bit of a disappointment. It's a small store and the selection of items is fairly limited. I saw some really cute things for Christmas, but that was about it. I wasn't greeted (or noticed at all, for that matter) for first couple of times I came in. The third time would be the charm, or so I thought. I went in to try on a blouse. Although I was only customer in the store, the three salespeople at the counter seemed to debate who would be forced to help the store's only customer. Since they were taking so long that I thought they might be drawing straws, and the one with the shortest straw, so to speak, finally came over to help me. I tried on the blouse on, but opened the dressing room door seconds later, the salesperson was no where to be found. Where could she have disappeared to in this very tiny store? Well, I put the blouse down and walked out of the store. Needless to say, I won't be going back anytime soon!

This place is good when shopping for discount clothing, but you're paying for the low quality of the clothes. However, if you are like me, where I care more saving money than having clothes that will last more than several washes, then it's worth it. Fashion changes so fast anyways! I really liked how I was able to take unlimited amount of clothes in the dressing room. Its an inconvenience when I can only take in 6 items, especially when I want to try on more than 3 outfits (if you think of it). I was even able to try on the shoes in the dressing room, which was great. I bought two pairs of shoes. REALLY cute! Silver Metallic shoes (peeptoe shoes with a 3" stiletto heel) was on clearance so they were all scratched up. I did really like them though so I compromised and bought them anyways since they were only $5.00. I've gotten compliments on them cause unless you're staring inches within my feet, you can't really see the scratches. The other pair I got were Black crocodile shoes (peeptoe with 3" stiletto heels) and they were perfect condition for $15.00. I've gotten many compliments on those shoes and they're really comfortable. They don't give you the shoe boxes, which I'm torn about. I don't mind cause shoe boxes usually go in the recycle trashbin anyways, but yet, during transportation, I was concerned that both shoes were going to scratch each other more. I would definitely shop here again!

My daughter purchased a skirt for $130. She wore it to a graduation, after which I hand washed it…read moreaccording to directions, and then let it air dry on a laundry rack. She wore it again, and it ripped terribly, not even on a seam. We were aware of the no return policy at this store, and assumed it would be okay to exchange a defective item for an exact replacement. We took it back to the store but the manager was not in. The sales clerk saw the same exact skirt so we purchased it right away since it was the last one left, another $130. She said the store manager would be in the next day and she would have to approve the return. So, the next day I took the defective item to the store manager, she called the manufacturer, and they said okay to a return authorization. I left the defective skirt with her, as she said I did not need to return to the store since a credit could be issued without my presence, after she got approval from the store owner. I was expecting a credit refund because of the extenuating circumstances, or at the VERY LEAST a store credit for the defective item. Imagine my surprise when without even a phone call to explain why, the defective skirt was mailed back to us with a note saying "sorry, can't return it to the manufacturer." In my opinion, this is extremely poor customer service. A phone call to explain why they suddenly changed their mind would have been appreciated, as would a store credit for defective merchandise.
