After we hung up, I waited for the email and the meeting link. A couple minutes later, I received a phone call from the assistant. She said the attorney cancelled my appointment. The attorney just looked at my post-nuptial agreement and said she doesn't handle it. This law firm let me wait over two months, didn't care to look at its client's needs or what they handle, simply cancelled my appointment with that reason. I tried to ask for the coaching terms in writing before booking, but she told me flatly that she does not put anything in writing, just a payment link. A lawyer who does not put anything in writing sounds shady. If you can't uphold the law for written fee agreements, how can you be trusted to uphold the law in your cases? She gave off a monologue which sounded like she was reading off an AI script. Giving a one-way "consultation" and no written agreement. That's a red flag. I see you talking about people's personal and confidential cases in your responses. Is that how a lawyer should conduct themselves? Learn to listen and show mutual respect for others, and stop responding to reviews with AI help. We all know its AI writing your responses.
