Even went a couple times to make sure and they are simply wonderful. The process was more than simple and they even checked the straps I brought for the load up to take home. I would say the entire staff is all the same as well. It did not matter the time of day or season that I stopped in. They treated me the same every time before and after my purchase. If you're shopping for a motorcycle during these times, it's a sellers market due to low inventory and high demand. This means there's an Added Dealer Markup (ADM) and you are paying over MSRP. If you're looking for a highly sought after motorcycle such as the Kawasaki Ninja's... there is very little to no room for negotiation on the price. I've done my research and shopped around. Dealers and local small shops either don't have the bike I'm looking for or have a ridiculously high ADM. Coyne Powersport was no exception... however, Lorenzo helped me get very close to/matched my price. It depends how you look at it because with delivery, we are over my price. But minus the delivery, he met my price. I am thrilled that they had the bike I wanted and although they are pretty far out to where I live, it was worth the drive because all of the negotiation was done over phone calls and texts. Lorenzo was very clear with what the out the door price is going to be before I made the drive out to the dealership. There was no shady changes and add-ons after I showed up. Lorenzo was quick to respond and really went back and forth until I agreed with the price. Meeting Lorenzo in person was also a joy because he was friendly and just very genuine. I recommend seeking Lorenzo out when you are in the market for any motorsport vehicle. Took my RZR for service. $1200 for full service. Did proper belt break in, found a big oil leak coming from the seal behind one of the clutches. They didn't take responsibility. Paid for that repair also, along with now a new primary couch and belt. Took it out again, didn't go over 60 mph, belt slipping. Took it back, they claimed they can't drive it at those speeds. I took the cover off myself, cleaned and adjusted the belt, and it's working fine now. These guys are mechanics and can't get anything right. Don't go in for service. read more

Terrible, terrible dealer! Zero service after the sale. I spent $70k on a fully loaded rig. The FIRST time I took the Can AM out for a ride I was stranded due to the engine overheating. As it turns out the dealer never checked the coolant level during the PDI process and the coolant was three quarts low (even though they checked the box on the PDI from). I have reached out several times to the GM and he won't return my calls; he's always "in a meeting". My friend bought at the same time I did and he is having the same experience. Do not do business with this dealer! You've been warned. The only reason they get a one star rating is because zero stars is not an option. read more

They charged me $6000 in repairs just for me to take off the trailer at camp and BOTH cars still not working and in limp mode. I call and there answer was we weren't able to test them. Like how is that my problem?? Then at 1st they tried telling me both cars needed new primary and secondary clutches I laughed. I just installed new primary on one car and secondary on another and I bought one of the clutches from them. (2weeks prior) Miguel (service advisor) tried making it right and was some help but his manager won't even follow through or call me back. At the time I was young and didn't have much experience in negotiating, but now I'm stuck making payments on a bike that has useless dealer warranties on it. They use shady tactics like marketing a "new tire" warranty but fail to mention that it only covers nails on tires that they patch for an added $2000. The sales guys here are so unprofessional! We needed a RZR 200 for our little guy for Christmas, and they gave us ridiculous pricing. Which, okay fine, pricing is pricing and that's that but their demeanor is just awfully rude! They are SO arrogant there. I purchased a used 2024 Maverick R with an (aftermarket) warranty on 11-8-24. After they serviced and performed updates and a vehicle inspection, they delivered it to me since I live locally. I also purchased accessories. Once I got the Maverick, I road tested it around the neighborhood with in 2 miles I started to smell a fuel with a dead rodent stench. remove dash covers, I found rodent damage to the fuel tank lines with six dead rodents throughout the dashboard, both passenger and driver side. I'm surprise its didn't catch on fire. The smell was awful. It took gallons of decreaser and two days of pressure washing the vehicle. I got a phone call from Henry, the service manager the next day to schedule a pickup. Since they sold me a vehicle with a fuel leak, I didn't want Coyne to service it due to their incompetent use vehicle inspection. So I fixed it myself and performed the vehicle inspection and repair the fuel lines myself. I had plans to ride in Glamis over the veterans weekend and couldn't go because of this incident. I went back to Coyne on 11-12-24. They offered me free service, but I said no, and they gave me whips for the inconvenience. But It gets better.. the original owner had a five-year BRP factory warranty, and they transferred it to me after the incident, while they tried to charge me 3k dollars for an aftermarket warranty IN THE BEGINNING OF THE DEAL!!!! It's sad that locals are trying to support local businesses. read more

I've purchased dozens of new vehicles and toys (snowmobiles, jet skis and side by sides) and let me tell you this is the worst dealership and experience I've ever had. I found their Polaris Slingshot online and worked with Alonzo in sales on purchasing it. First he told me the price was $33,500. Then when I asked to send me a invoice, they added on a $6K markup without telling me. That was the first red flag. Then everytime I would try to reach Alonzo over the phone, he would not pick up. Turns out he was chasing 5 other deals when I was ready to purchase. That was my 2nd red flag. Mind you I already placed a deposit and got approved for financing. His arrogant, know it all attitude did not help. And finally when I tried to speak to someone in the finance department a week into this purchasing process, I was told that they will get back to me later "because I'm just a phone call" and that they have customers in front of them.
