Ok. Jose, the service writer, is a really nice guy. Always out to please. BUT.... Nice doesn't pay the bills. I took my bike in for an oil leak. After they had my bike for two weeks, I picked it up and rode it straight home. The next morning, there's oil on the floor of my garage. The leak was not fixed. The thing of it is, they replaced an electrical part that obviously had nothing to do with the leak. Took it back in and they figured out the leak and fixed it. Foolishly, I gave them another chance and took my bike in to them to have my valves adjusted. HUGE MISTAKE!!! When I picked it up and rode it straight home, when I turned it off it backfired. Keep in mind that when the valves were out of adjustment, it NEVER backfired. I had to take it back in and have them readjust the valves. They also replaced the spark plugs. When I rode the bike out to Redlands a couple of days later, when I turned off the bike, BAM!!!! A HUGE backfire like a gunshot blast!!! Plus, the bike's idle was set WAY too high!! Now, I'm going to have to take it to my regular shop, which is HYR in Redlands, and pay for THEM to fix what Coyne messed up. I should have gone to HYR to begin with. They NEVER would have done such a shoddy job. read more

I pre-arranged for a purchase of a 2021 Can Am remotely from Arizona. Scheduled to drive 5 hours to complete the sale on a weekend. The Salesperson I scheduled with didn't bother to show, even after we arrived at the Dealer as scheduled and the manager "called" him. We got shuffled to a brand-new salesperson on his first sale who was horrible to deal with. Would not negotiate my trade in. Would not provide a second key as a courtesy (charged me $85 extra), Absolutely No perks and an extra $5K in "set up" dealer fees. Bad on me for accepting their less-than payoff offer for my trade in attempt to complete the sale faster. They held me and my family hostage at the dealer for over 5 hours waiting for an employee to bring the key programmer back to the dealer from his home for some reason. Coyne listed my trade vehicle for $14,500 more than they gave me within 18 hours of them taking it in. Not a single change, even the tires. Coyne proved to be a great place to get ripped off for the vehicle of your dreams. Customers should expect to pay all the extras and get treated like crap. * 2024 update- my vehicle was stollen and I called Coyne to get information about how to refund my unused GAP and Service contract- after 4 calls over 6 days leaving messages, finally received a call back and told I need to drive to the dealer to sign a paper. When I stated I am 5 hours away and asked for alternate arrangements, was told he would call me back- which was 3 weeks ago without a call, email or any contact returned. These guys treated me very well. Right when I walked in I was greeted, treated well, and wasn't pressured to buy anything. Bought a ski there and recommend them. The sales rep Steve, the GM, and the finance guy were all great, accommodating and easy to work with. I admit I made some pretty tough decisions and forced their hand, but they still treated me with great service. My only gripe is that it took 4 days to get a return phone call after I made an inquiry online. If they could work on 1 thing, that would be it. I meet Woody at the Sand Sport Expo in Costa Mesa. He was the only one at the show that took some time to answer some questions to what side by side I really needed. I was comparing the Can Ams and the Polaris buggys. When trying to do your home work online it was a bit hard to see what the real and true differences were on these buggys. After several text messages and phone calls back and forth. We agreed on a good trade value for my old buggy. Other Motorsport shops were trying to steal it from me and give me a very very low offer on it. But nope not Woody he looked at the photos and videos I had and agreed that I was asking a fair trade amount. I went in on Sunday and just had a last look around to compare the few models that i narrowed it down to and I got the 2021 Turbo S Velocity. It was a very easy transaction at the dealership. Just went in this past weekend. Woody the sales guy was fantastic, spent his time and was always thinking about options to ensure that we got the product we wanted. However, Wheels in Motion in Chatsworth, CA is significantly cheaper than every dealership in Southern California by at least $2-3000 out the door. That's pure dealership costs/fees. Since these units are selling, and Polaris factories are having supply issues due to COVID enforced shutdowns, they aren't hungry for business. Save some money, shop around and be patient. read more

Worthless Dealership Went there to buy a Can am X3 XRS Max which they had in stock. Once Woody gave me a price that I agreed to, it still took 4 hours for them to get my paperwork ready to sign. They are so disorganized. I was the only customer in the store at the time. It would have been chaos if they had more people shopping. Woody can't remember anything. He's all over the place which contributed to the long delay to purchase something. While waiting, Woody states that the ones they had already assembled were sold and he would give me another one out of a crate and deliver it to my house since it was going to take longer for them to assemble it. I agreed and had it delivered. Woody showed up at 8pm which was fine but while delivering it he drove over one of my bushes in the front yard as he drove it in the garage. He then told me he forgot my owner's manual, tool kit and the performance key. I said no problem just have them overnighted. It took three weeks of multiple texts to him and the manager to get the items delivered. At one point the manager wouldn't even respond to my text. Once the items were delivered, I found out the performance key wasn't programmed. Woody's explanation was that he lost it and he figured that I could just get it programmed the next time I get it serviced at his shop. Woody never told me any of this prior to sending the items. I had to drive an hour and a half each way to go to the sister store in El Centro to get it programmed and to get a door strap installed. I refused to get any work done at the Banning location since during my inspection of the vehicle I discovered multiple zip ties, loose nuts and bolts under all of my seats. There was a door strap missing and the rivet that once held it in place was over drilled out. Which shows that they were aware of the strap not being there since they drilled it out creating a bigger dole than it needed to be to remove the rivet. Also one of the rear right seat mounting nuts was completely loose and barely hanging one by a thread. Terrible workmanship and safety inspection by the so called mechanics that put the vehicle together. Since it was dark when the car was delivered it was difficult to do a proper inspection upon delivery. The next morning I took it out of the garage and I noticed all the labels on the car including the fuse box cover stickers which are under plastic covers were faded. All the harnesses were sun faded and were no longer black but were purple. The seats were weathered. The car was filthy and it looked like someone already took it out to the desert. They should have washed it, not just wipe the plastics. The car had definitely been sitting out for a long time even though Woody lied and said it was from a crate. If you make the same mistake as I did and go there. Do yourself a favor and walk across the street where they assemble everything and look behind the shop. Everything just sits outside getting sun faded. Yes, it is a dirt car and it is going to get dirty. When I spend 30K on a NEW Side x Side, I expect to get a clean Side x Side not a dirty used looking one with poor assembly. Lesson learned never buy something you can't see in full sun or lots of lights and don't shop at a MARTY/TRAVIS COYNE dealership! read more

Update: three months later I've realized I was completely wrong and should have believed the other reviews. They sold me on an extended warranty that is non existent because I still had to pay out of pocket for a basic service. I was driving my slingshot and noticed a rattling sound and when I took it in they told me that all the bolts on the back wheel were loose and were going to fall off any minute. I took it to Del Amo Motorsports and they told me that the dealership that sold me the slingshot should have inspected the vehicle before selling it to me. I ended up having to pay $180 out of pocket for the labor. I called Coyne and talked to Todd and asked if the dealership would cover it and they refused and said that it's my responsibility to check the bolts before driving. The warranty was $3000 and it's a complete scam. read more

They always say that they will have to order it. The parts dept. sales people are very inconsiderate and sometimes very rude on the phone when asked a question.
