I'm not usually someone who leaves reviews, but I felt like this one was worth taking the time to write. I recently bought a new Yamaha MT-07 from this dealership. Unfortunately, after only about 140 miles, the clutch failed and the bike was no longer rideable. To make matters worse, Yamaha determined the failure was due to "user error" and wanted me to pay around $600 for the repair. The reason I'm writing this review is because of James Grosso and Luis, a dealership manager. James was the salesperson who helped me with the purchase, and he was great from the start. The whole buying experience felt relaxed and straightforward, with no pressure at all. We ended up talking about a lot more than just motorcycles--business, books, life, goals, and all kinds of things. He's the type of person who genuinely cares about people and takes the time to build real relationships. When I called him after the clutch issue came up, he listened, understood why I was frustrated, and immediately started looking into ways to help. After speaking with James, I was put in touch with Luis, a dealership manager. He took the time to review everything and agreed that it didn't make sense for me to be stuck paying for a repair on a brand-new bike with so few miles on it. Even though Yamaha wouldn't cover the repair, Luis stepped up and had the dealership take care of it. That kind of customer service is hard to find these days, and it says a lot about how this dealership treats its customers. Issues can happen with any vehicle or manufacturer. What really matters is how people handle those situations when they come up. James and Luis both went out of their way to help make a frustrating situation right, and because of that, they've earned my trust and future business. Thank you again, James and Luis. I went to the change my tires in my Suzuki M109r for the first time front and rear and they did a great job and they did not broke one of the screw of the rear caliper because Suzuki manufacture put too much lock tight. Arrived just after opening and from the moment I walked in, I was greeted with smiles and a friendly welcome. I drove 1 hr with my wife to look at and purchase a couple Yamaha MORO 07 E-Mtb's as there was nothing in stock anywhere near more (or online). Kyle was super knowledgeable about the bikes and went out of his way to assist us. He walked us through the process and even even took us in the back to show the bikes (still boxed up). Kyle could not have been a nicer and helpful guy, a serious asset to this dealership. I'm not trying to glaze, but in a world where customer service sucks, it was refreshing to be treated the way Kyle treated my wife and myself. Ended up buying 2 Yamaha MORO 07's and Luis helped us with the paperwork. No hidden fee's, Ontario's lower tax rate and no absurd dealer mark-ups. Absolutely the worst experience ever buying a bike from this dealership. I bought a used Aprilia and planned to ride it back to Northern CA. When I arrived to pick up the bike, they told me that one of the lights was showing on the dash, but it was just a service interval light that needed to be reset by an Aprilia dealer. Their techs had done a full service on the bike and it was all good. Well, that turned out to be a complete lie. The bike didn't even make it halfway home. I had to get towed and then get a u-haul to get back. When I took it to my local Aprilia dealership they told me that the "service interval light" was actually a diagnostic fault with the fuel injection system. Aprilia doesn't even make the part to repair it any more. They sold me a total lemon. I contacted the dealership to see what they could do to resolve the issue. Multiple calls and emails went unanswered. When I finally got hold of someone they said they would try to fix it and then never followed up. I've bought lots of bikes new and used over the years. The whole reason I went through a dealership buying used is because they will usually stand behind the bikes they sell. I expected them to at least try to make things right, but they just ignored me. Lesson learned I guess. If you're thinking about buying a bike from here I would consider looking elsewhere. read more

Bought a 2020 CBR600RR with 10k miles on it. Rode the bike once front master cylinder leaking brake fluid all over my bike. Called the dealer they said they could take a look at it but I don't trust their mechanic one bit. 3 bolts were missing from my exhaust shield, front fairing was loose and melted onto my header, now my fuel gauge is reading incorrectly after they so called did the fuel pump, servo cover is missing. The little things you should notice if you test ride the bike, I don't think they did. I don't trust they did the oil change I don't trust they did the fork seals. Only thing I have going for me is that I have warranty but I will never take my bike to get worked on here. Absolutely horrible experience and money down the drain. More importantly, Miguel, who was very professional and patient while having a phone conversation with me . I will admit that I was being a pain in the ass about the pricing and the diagnostic recommendation. Miguel, professionally and patiently explained the reasons and justifications why I should conduct a diagnostic before the requested repairs that I insisted on. I am so happy that I listened to Miguel and his recommendations because my motorcycle is running 200 times better than it was . Had I insisted on doing that one repair on my, spark plug wire My motorcycle will still be running terribly wrong and all the existing problems that I did not know about would have never been discovered thank you Miguel and service department. If you have an issue, they never seem to provide alternative solutions and it seems like everything starts at 200 dollars. Also, I noticed that parts are a bit more expensive here vs going to chap or Temecula Motorsports. I just so happen to be in Temecula an had questions regarding clutch, chain, and sprocket repairs and the service team there literally walked me through different options and gave suggestions based on my needs. Mountain just gives you a price and better believe it will always be the most expensive route. In the past 20 years I have purchased 5 vehicles from Mountain Motorsports and I've never had a bad experience. My most recent purchase two new Honda 90 quads and a 2018 Yamaha side by side with. The day we picked them up we drove to an OHV place in Big Bear to check them out. The Honda's worked like a champ. I started the Yamaha and after 5-7 minutes was smoking so bad that it had to be turned off. Because this was an as-is sale I took it to my mechanic who looked it over and told me that there was oil in the number cylinder, the head gasket was blown, and there was water in the oil. My mechanic told me that it needs a new engine (7K). I asked him if these issues could happen after riding the side by side for 5 to 7 minutes and he told me that wasn't possible. I spoke to my salesman (Sergio) and the head of the service center. I received an email from Mountain Motorsports on Customer Service. I filled it out and I would have thought, based on what I wrote I would have been contacted and so far, no one has reached out to me. Now, I understand what an as-is sale is. My problem with that is I was told that the bike had been fully inspected and was already to go and it obviously wasn't. I have resided myself to paying for the new engine but if it had been inspected/safety checked properly I would not have purchased it. Any thoughts about this issue send them my way. I realized that I only rant about poor service, as it is rampant in today's business environment. I never take the time to compliment a business. I'm an old guy that likes to buy and sell cars and bikes, lots of experience. I made an offer (in person) that had to be at the very bottom of what they could accept. No games, no added surprises, they didn't even say, "well we need another $200". Of course they offered the extended warranty etc, but weren't pushy. Just an overall good vibe and experience. Quick and friendly service. I had dropped off my bike for it's first service on a Saturday at 3:15 and they had it done by 4:45. The person helping me at the service counter was helpful and patient. They were running a January special that reduced the service by $40ish dollars, which made the experience even better. The only downside is $276 for an oil change/inspection is steep at normal price. Also, it's inconvenient to pick up the bill in the service building then walk all the way to the front showroom to pay the bill then walk all the way back to the separate back building to pick up the bike. After going to multiple motorcycle dealerships, this has been my favorite so far. I hope the keep up with the customer service and lower their price. read more
