They have several regulars who come back every year for the winter season, but this year they also were full of construction workers from the border wall project. We were lucky to get a spot for the month but had to leave by a certain date due to a pending reservation from another group. They have a laundry room, DVD collection, and a library that we took advantage of while staying there. The park is located just across the street from the local grocery store making it convenient for shopping. There are desert walking trails out the back of the park that we also utilized on a daily basis with our dogs. We would definitely stay here again when we are in the area if they had availability.

The sandy beach is the cleanest in Mexico, the tides are extreme so the beach and view are ever-changing. The park is large, flat, sandy. No palm trees or green except by the hot tub. It is very well staffed; the same faces every year to help with a problem. Security all night long; we see him walking all night with his flashlight. There is a community-managed 'Social Club' wiht Karaoke, Bing, LRC, Zumba and Line Dance. There is also a nice group of every-speed bicyclists in the winter months. Plus potlucks for special events. Nice Hot tub and showers.laundry. Vendors come through with propane, water, shrimp, breakfast burritos. This is a GREAT place to have work done on your RV! Paint, repairs, upholstery! They were so kind and did all the tricks to see why nothing was coming out. We did the toilet fill and flush, we stuck a hose down there too. It wasn't until they crawled under the Indie camper and found a SECOND black tank pull. Thank goodness because if I returned it full Indie camper rental would charge me over $380 to dump the black tank.
