I did get the sense he was incredibly busy so having our designer, who brought him into the project, as an extra point of follow up to ensure things kept moving on time helped. We did notice the measurements of our island were off when everything arrived, which put us in a crunch in our construction timeline. Ozzie worked with us to build a new island true to measurements over the weekend and we split the cost since we didn't catch the incorrect measurement in the final specs before the build began. You do get quality work with Ozzie- just be vigilant about making sure the final design is correct and build a relationship with him so he has more motivation to get back to you. He's in high demand because he's good.
