Ok- if you need your floors done, look no further. I found JVs on Yelp when looking for someone to install my LVP and baseboard. Since they have 5 star reviews and lots of pictures, I decided to contact them . Jeremy was very responsive and helpful. He had someone out to measure and had a quote for me within days. When I was ready for the work to be done, Jeremy and his crew were there, on time, friendly and professional. They got the work done when they said they would and they exceeded my expectations. I LOVE LOVE LOVE my new floors! I found Jeremy on Yelp after speaking with four other flooring contractors. What set Jeremy apart was his level of responsiveness (he returned my after-hours phone call), his knowledge of product and install, and his personality. He's just a bundle of positive energy and always smiling and happy and singing along to the country hits on my radio! Jeremy let me take big samples home and even delivered another style we might be interested in to our house as he was installing at a house down the street. One place I went wouldn't even let me take a sample! When it came time to install, Jeremy, Cody and Chris were on it! Everything was done to perfection. Jeremy is definitely a perfectionist and has a lot of pride in his work. It was a difficult install because of the missing subfloor but, as you can see in the picture, the new floor butted right up to the tile we decided not to bust out. IT IS PERFECT. They all worked clean, took all trash and were very respectful. I couldn't have asked for a better experience and I LOVE MY NEW FLOORS! Jeremy is AMAZING, went above and beyond for us and I will be referring him out to anyone I know who needs new flooring. Jeremy and his crew quickly ripped out our existing flooring (carpet and laminate) and laid down luxury vinyl in our entire house. They showed up at 9am sharp each morning, and the work was top quality. They ensured that the existing underlayment that was creeping in a few places was secured again before laying the new for and grinded out uneven areas to level the flooring. They disconnected the kitchen appliances and ensured that the vinyl was laid below it too. They constantly swept and vacuum'd the place to make sure it stays clean. Jeremy provides a "one stop shop" - we bought the materials from him, and his quote included everything with zero surprises. Came across Jeremys shop in Gilroy when we first started looking at flooring. It turned out he installed as well. His prices were the best we found in the area for the product. After a year of him patiently working with us to make decisions, change product decisions on him requiring him to write us new quotes, and be ready in our house we were able to get started on our remodel. Remodeling while you live in your fully furnished home is no joke and stressful but Jeremy is working with us by doing it in phases since not all areas of the house are ready at once. Jeremy and his team are true flooring craftsmen and professionals. I am very happy from start to finish with the SPC luxury vinyl they installed in our halls and family room. It was laid it out beautifully with a random pattern so you don't see the repeating patterns. Because of his attention to detail and skill, he was the only contractor out of 7 offering to level the flooring to the tile so there wasn't a need for a transition that you would trip over. He also custom cut the baseboards to match the existing height and had them painted before bringing to the site. He also recycled some of the old carpet and installed on our stairway. And his estimate was among the lowest. He and the team keep the site organized and clean throughout the installation. His team was frequently cleaning and vacuuming our space. There was no dust due to his new concrete grinder with HEPA filter vacuum. He's also a great listener and customer educator. He kept us in the process, patiently educating us and listening to our requests. Near the end, Ihe addressed an aesthetic issue I had, by cutting out a board and sliding 8 planks. Jeremy and his team were thoughtful and professional. Downstairs was tile and they took the time to lay down a thin layer of concrete so the new waterproof vinyl would "float" flat on the top. Upstairs was carpet and linoleum and they took the time to make sure that the whole floor was the same level as removing the carpet and padding put that floor a bit lower than the areas with linoleum. They even called in a plumber to help fix an issue with the toilet that was preventing it from laying flush with the new floor. They did an excellent job!
