I highly DO NOT recommend this nail salon if you're choosing it randomly. IT WILL LEAVE YOUR FINGERS BLEEDING. My original plan was to have my nails removed and get new set manicure. However, the manicurists immediately started cutting my nails without even checking their condition. My pinky and index fingers started bleeding right away, which made it impossible to proceed with the new manicure. I cannot understand how such an incident could happen in a supposedly professional nail salon. Even apprentices should not make such a mistake. Now, my pinky finger will take a long time to heal, and I won't be able to get a new manicure anytime soon. It's incredibly disappointing to go in with excitement for a fresh set of nails and leave with such a terrible experience. Incompetence of this level is unacceptable and unforgivable. This is my first time leaving a negative review, and I sincerely hope that others will think twice before choosing this salon. read more

Wonderful pedicure - the foot massage was divine. Selena was so thorough in giving my feet a well-deserved tune up - including scrubbing, smoothing, lotions, warm towels. The polish choice was huge, and Selena applied a base coat and three coats of colour, plus a top coat (and cuticle oil) at the end. The salon is meticulously clean and low frill - although tea or water was offered, and the chairs are massage chairs. I had a gift certificate from a friend, and in the interim, the salon came under new management. The staff here was kind enough to honour the certificate. There's lots of free parking out front. I'll be back and recommend this salon to anyone! read more

Exceptional service! Hanna was meticulous and provided an amazing pedicure. I couldn't ask for a more dedicated nail technician. I was impressed by both the level of service and the attention to cleanliness and hygiene. I appreciate the quality of service and will return for my next nail service. 2023 Review. Looks like bad reviews are from previous owner. New owner, new management. I've been at least four times. Mani/pedi and three sets of gel nails. Great courteous service. Strong, well shaped nails. They look so natural. Hanna is like a detail crafts person!! Kim is the manager and seeks to always want to make me happy. Chin who world the front desk is adorable and always offering me tea!! There is no reason not to go here for good service. The bad reviews clearly are old and not an accurate reflection of the current business. Yelp can't remove old ones I guess. I love my nails. read more

I just had an amazing service from Angela . They took me later in the evening which had me staying a little past closing . No complaints and so so sweet . The outcome was beautiful and she was so kind. I have had my nails done for many years and I would put this experience at the top. Every nail has bubble on it, and the polish is already peeling and I just got this done 2 days ago.

My first impression of this place was awesome, so it had always been in the back of my mind that when I will be in the area to go in and give them A shot. Well I did... I don't know what I was thinking. The attitude is appalling here. Rude, impersonal, attitude, rushed... I mean overall they just make you want to have them hurry up so you can go and get the heck out of there as soon as possible too! I took a picture of their manicure bar because it's pretty and feel It should be mentioned for the 1 star rating (coodos to your contractor). As far as the work, my pedicure was okay, nothing spectacular for the $64.50 I paid. The tv doesn't appear to work, no offer of a magazine or tea/coffee... Okay sure thank god for iPhones! I went to cozy nails two times and had a very bad experience. First, the ladies working at cozy nail place are not friendly at all, they talk in Vietnamese behind your back and laugh at clients. Second, the place isn't very clean. One customer came back to complain about the fungus that she got in her nail after the appointment with cozy nail. The atmosphere of the place is not great. When I tried to pay for the service I gave a 10% tip and the lady who took care of me grabbed my credit card and asked why I wouldn't give her a better tip. And I answered that I wasn't too happy with the service. She grabbed my card again and wouldn't let it go until I told her what I didn't like. Don't got to cozy nail.... very disappointed but mostly rude. read more

HORRIBLE, injured me. Place looks great but don't be fooled, went for an innocent pedi- one of them sanded down my corn on one of the smaller toes and tore/ripped a noticeable hole in my skin in the process, no joke. When i said it stings, and that iv changed my mind on getting anything else done, she basically massaged my foot and didnt do much else for the rest of the time. I asked for a bandaid, she knew exactly why and what i needed it for, brought one and applied it.. (I couldnt even wear my shoe without the band-aid) damn it hurt so bad so i expected to walk out for free since i was injured or at least a hefty discount!!! She came up tried to charge me IN FULL, But when i brought it up that im leaving their "NAIL SALON" with a bandaid on my foot They took a total of 7 dollars off my total (2 dollar since i didn't get any polish and so a whopping $5 discount was given for the injury they caused, hence charged me $26 (ohhhh the audacity) $26 for absolutely nothing !!! Well for a fresh stinging cut on my toe knuckle..haha HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. long story short Didnt feel like talking to a bunch of people who dont understand english or pretended anyway so i laughed in their face abt their great service and paid just to get the heck out of there .. I've been getting my gel fills done at Cozy Nails since they opened two years ago. Great service, atmosphere and lots of polish colours. Nam is the best technician that I've encountered. Such attention to detail, and he's really good at doing little accent designs too. I've had a pedicure as well and it was very nice. read more

It has become more and more serious. I have no response when I go to the store. I am even more disgusted that a customer actually talks to the store and said that it has nothing to do with nails. I have never infected my feet with fungus in the past few decades. Later, I was very angry. I hope that the customer will be infected in this nail shop earlier. There are still people who come to make nails. I personally told all the people who read the comments. This is my painful lesson! read more

I visited this nail salon a week ago and am still as happy with my pedicure as I was when I had it done. My nails are beautiful, my feet smooth and pretty. I was given a foot and calf massage with moisturizing lotion, which was an added bonus. Other clients seemed very pleased with their manis and pedis. I managed to get in immediately without an appointment but others were not so lucky. Great place but I recommend booking an appointment by phone first, as I will do next time. read more

Been coming to cozy for a while and have to say their mani and pedi paint jobs last better than anywhere else I have been to by far. Plus the massage chairs are to die for. I recently went elsewhere to a place that a friend recommended and won't be going back. Cozy was way better value and the paint lasted so much better my nails are still good after a week - amazing with a non gel varnish for me! I'll be back soon, well done! read more

The name says it all. It really is a cozy little spot. Very clean and the technicians seem friendly and they know what they're doing. Comfortable massage chairs for pedicures, lots of magazines and a nail bar for manicures only. Lots of nail polish colors to choose from as well, which is nice. They use disposable liners for the pedicures and they say that they sanitize their tools (but that's hard to see for sure). Very nice service. I would recommend this cozy place, but would also recommend making an appointment as it can get busy on the weekends. read more

Coming from someone who gets her nails done every 4 weeks...this place was very average/below average. my finger ended up bleeding and my french manicure was not even. I even told her before she was doing the top gel coat, and the lady was like "dont worry trust me." Yea i trusted her and ended up with a below average french manicure and a cut. Worst pedicure ever! And no, I am not one of those over privileged types that someone referred to in an earlier post. I rarely treat my self to something like this, and am normally pleased with the result when I do. The technician rushed through the appointment (less than 30 minutes), and I left with jagged nails, no shape to them at all and my cuticles completely untouched. I have never ever not tipped before for a service, even if it's been mediocre, but this was so substandard, I walked out without leaving a tip. I felt that this establishment was already overpaid for the cost of the pedicure. I have no issue with these types of salons and have had great service elsewhere, but from now on, I will pay for a proper pedicure with a proper aesthetician in a proper salon. read more
