I loved four seasons, I was recommended to go multiple times by friends so why not:) Right when you walk in you are greeted with a efficient machine to sign in to you're appointment (ps. Make an appointment always busy ) She did amazing job on my nails. It was very clean and was pretty good price basic gel was $35 but I had to get glitter so $45 for a full manicure. Ps. All the "extra cost" ones are only $10 extra! The arm massage was ok I wish there were hot stones or hot towels. I would definitely recommend you go try Four season out!!! read more

Been here twice to get acrylics. I was referred here by a friend who comes here all the time but I've never been until recently. On my first visit I brought in a simple nail design and the technician was happy to replicate it for me. The manicure was a little painful whenever they used the small drill to buff the acrylic but other than that it was a good visit. It costed about $78 for the entire set which is a little pricey. I saw on their website that a normal set is $50 and up but I guess if you want nail art they raise the price accordingly. My nails lasted for around 2 weeks but it did chip a little on the tips of my nails. My second visit was for a fill. The tech I had was Megan and she was lovely. I brought in a simple nail design again and she helped me pick the colours for it too. She was really gentle and it was nice having some conversation. This set came to $68 which was slightly cheaper than before (assuming bc it's a fill). Definitely enjoyed myself more this time around. Pretty good sanitation efforts too. I saw many people come in for pedicures so maybe I'll get one sometime in the future! read more

Had a gel manicure done a week ago. THREE nails are torn, all partway down the nail. Thankfully I have a gel kit at home and have "glued" them the best I can. She really filed down the sides and I think this may have caused the problem. Never have I had nails tear like this. I do a gel manicure as I have soft nails... it's supposed to stop this from happening, not make it worse. Will never go back. On Sep 16, 2022, I went for a manicure shellac nail polish and an associate named Helen (an older woman) worked on my nails. She poked my finger really hard as she could not see clearly and my finger started bleeding. She did not apologize at all and started laughing at it. She had a very bad English. She could not understand me and I could not understand a word of hers. She filed my nails but they are all uneven and look really bad. Throughout the service, I had to stop her several times and give her feedback. I am not happy with this service at all and won't go there again. I will not recommend this spa to anyone either! I went to see my family doctor and he gave me antibiotics. I hope I do not get HepC or HIV. Please avoid Four Season Nail Spa on Robson. (1817 Robson St, Vancouver, BC V6G 1E4). I don't usually get my nails done but my mother-in-law really wanted to head for a pedicure so I nervous he looked around on yelp for the best ones. I checked reviews of all sorts of nail salons across the North Shore and ended up going with this one that my sister recommended. Apparently this is the go to place in a cluster of nail salons in West Vancouver. Four seasons nails is clean, and quite big. They have a staff of about 20 or 25, and a lot of stations. For pedicures they had 8 in the front, 3 in the back, and apparently a few more downstairs, though I never saw the downstairs. They also have manicure-only stations. Please note that they request that tips be done in cash! I ended up having a mani-pedi and I was really impressed. A lovely girl named Alex did my pedicure. She was really friendly and spoke English well. Henry did my French manicure. He was quiet and had a very soft touch and seem to take pride in what he was doing, even though he had been there for over a decade! He spoke English well also. I went back again this week and had Vivian, a shy quiet girl who had more trouble with English but ended up opening up to me anyhow. :) She did a lovely job on my French manicure also. I'm really happy. Actually, one of the things that made me uncomfortable in OTHER nail salons the few times I had been, was that staff spoke Vietnamese to each other all the time, laughing constantly. I absolutely want the people working there to enjoy working there, but admittedly it felt uncomfortable knowing that they could easily and probably did slip in snide remarks and giggle about the customers. That didn't happen here. The staff seem happy to talk to us if we wanted to, and they only spoke in Vietnamese to each other for brief moments quietly when needed. It felt like I really polite way to do it and they seemed happy as well. My mother in law and I were both impressed with the place, the ambience, the staff, and the job they did on our nails. I posted a bunch of photos. I used to never want to get my nails done, but this seems to be changing. I loved the shellac French manicure so much! I'd recommend this place to friends and family. My nail technician, Sophia, was very friendly, professional, and focused on the job at hand (haha, some nail humour). She was very attentive and enthusiastically helped me choose the colours for my manicure, as I was indecisive. (It was my first time ever getting a manicure.) I got a full set of Shellac nails, which are $28 and is definitely worth the extra $8 for an upgrade from the original in my opinion. And update on the manicure--it's been about a week since I've gotten it and it's still holding up pretty well for the most part. This goes to show that Sophia did a great job on them. Tara does a really great job - always pays close attention to detail. However, scheduling here is pretty crappy because half of the time I arrive for my scheduled appointment I am left waiting for 35 minutes. Easily could be avoided by a quick phone call to inform me to come by later. read more

I went there and did the shellac manicure after 4 days the tip of the shellac was clear off and I believe the nail polish which was applied was so thick Iam doing shellac for four years now never had this problem I went back to fix it the manger said there is more nail will be like that it's better to do it all again , so I did it , and he charge me full amount of money I said at least give some discount he was rude and un professional told me that he can't and he doesn't care if he loss a customer , so I paid $75 for my nail in 5 days . I will never go back to the place that there is no respect and customer care and service there is a lot of others places that will serve you with dignity and respect . Here is my proof With gel-polish it's important to be able to get a good cure so the color will create a hard surface that will stay on without chipping for at least two weeks. When the gel-polish has been applied too thickly, the suggested manufacturer curing time might not be enough to create a full cure, which can lead to peeling. Most manufacturers will recommend two coats for solid color coverage, so use the three stroke method to help keep your applications thin. Use three long, fluid strokes: one down the center, then two on either side. And you can use balance point positioning to keep a steady hand and get better nail coverage ,ensures complete gel-polish coverage. read more

I find you get the best service here when your not a whiner or complainer. The best compliment you can give them is when they ask what you want, I just say, "whatever you think looks nicest." And you'll get a big smile and they're happy to do a really good job and what's more, they remember what you like. I find it quite relaxing although a lot of people differ on that topic. They tv is usually muted with subtitles and they have classical music on. Yes there is conversation going but I think it's a hoot. They ladies are pretty funny. I personally don't want to be hanging around for 3 hours to do a pedi and acrylic fill so I appreciate that they don't waste time. It's the only place my mom and sister will get a pedicure and that's saying A LOT as it's hard to find anyone fussier. And I love a place where you can walk in and usually get service every time cuz they have tons of staff and they rotate breaks properly. read more

I came here for a regular pedicure and this time was the worse experience I ever had with these nail salons! I'm usually not picky and go with what they are comfortable doing as long as it doesn't hurt me! This time not only I got hurt but also got so much bad attitude from this girl who did my nails! I only asked her to make my nails a bit shorter and she rolled her eyes for me many times and said you mentioned you already made your toes shorter like it's a big deal! She put a sharp tool in my skin and it hurt and I moved my toes a bit and she threw the tool on the table and said I don't use it anymore! Terrible service. Went with my friend who had made reservations for us. I got there 5 minutes late. Was sat down beside my friend and waited and waited for someone to come to do my pedicure. We waved to the manager and he just made like he was looking for her. 15 minutes later she finally comes, remember we made an appointment. So she puts about 3 inches of lukewarm water in and tells me to put my feet in and then leaves for about 5-10 minutes. Comes back and notices that she didn't put in the blue tablet so she throws it in and takes off again, now I see her on her phone at the till. We wave the manager again. She comes back and she asks what colour, I had told her already, so off she goes for another at least 5 minutes. Comes back and finally takes my foot out of the now cold water and the blue tablet must have been sitting on my foot because my foot is all blue! She leaves again and my friend's girl feels so bad she puts some warm water in for me. We wave again to the manager and again he makes like he is looking but doesn't go to look. She come back and tries to get the blue off my feet and take the nail polish off. Then away she goes again. Now I am really mad, I have now been there for over 30 minutes and basically nothing has been done. My girlfriends mani/pedi is almost finished and I haven't even started. We call the manager over again and he says she has an upset stomach.... well send her home and give me someone else! At that point I am so disgusted I dry my feet off and leave but first I tell the manager that this is unacceptable service and can you believe what he replies? "You were late." I was there once before a couple years ago and wasn't impressed so I didn't return but my friend wanted me to come with her so I thought I would give them another try. NEVER AGAIN! I think he knows he gets so many WV women in there, so what if he loses a few. I agree with Ena V. There are so many good Nail Salons that treat their customers with respect so why give your business to this kind of person. read more

I was so happy with my experience here. This block is filled with about 3 other nail places, and personally I have been frequenting Nail Splash for a couple of years now. Not too long ago, my friend insisted we give it a try at Four Seasons and I'm so glad that I did! We both got mani/pedis and were sooooo happy with the results. The staff was really friendly and pleasant to talk to. They worked hard on the nails and did a great job. They have a really big selection of colors, mainly OPI. The first time I went to the salon I left completely satisfied with my nails. They looked great and lasted 3 weeks. The second time I was appalled by the quality. My daughter and I were charged $70 for two gel polish manicures(plus tip) and the polish went up onto my skin, the edges of my nails stuck out from under the polish and there were divets on the nails. The application of the polish was so thin that less than a week after my nails look like shattered glass. In the salon's defence I did call immediately and told them I was displeased and they offered to try and "fix" my nails. The job was so sloppy i didn't bother. read more

The first time I had acrylics done here was amazing. Hong did an amazing job with them while also making the experience pleasant. She constantly asked me if i was happy with the results, and would fix instantly if i wasn't. Coming back for fills was a different story. I made an appointment for every fill and each time I was rushed through. Getting your nails done is suppose to be relaxing and a way to treat yourself. But this was rushed, painful and sloppy! The last time i went there the technician was constantly nicking me with the file tips and would roll her eyes at me when i jerked in pain. And in less than two weeks I had a nail fungus growing under the same nail. Overall, they are fabulous when your a new customer but don't expect the same treatment when you return. read more

I was happy the first time. After that they rush you through the process. The focus is on numbers and money. The work is rushed therefore, the nails break within a week. Under the nails are never cleaned up if you are getting a refill on your sculpted nails.
