I booked online not knowing that when you do so, you get 20% off their prices. My mani and pedi ended up costing around $40 (regular price is $45 plus tax). When I arrived they had a sign to wear your mask before entering. I was about 10 minutes early but they were able to seat me in a massage chair. The chairs are spaced out so that every other one is in use. They have a plexi glass in between the employee and yourself. However when they do your hands they only have their mask on and no plexi glass in between. Also, when I was given a pillow for my manicure the pillow was not covered in plastic wrap which makes me wonder how many people touch that every day. Also, my hand towel had a stain on it which hopefully was just nail polish that wouldn't come out in the wash. I'm not sure I'll return as I wasn't too comfortable especially since we're still in a pandemic. But, if you're okay with this, the price seems great and they're usually able to get you in last minute!

She's not like one of your Bay clerks just want to push what's not selling so they can get rid of their lines and reduce the stock. This place is a golden gem. They consult with you, care and sell you appropriate products based on your skin. They also do events so you should pop in there or call and have your email info added to their list. You'll be amazed. My skin looked like it was un repairable for life. When I encountered there services my face has now been transformed totally. I get such great remarks about how wonderful I look.
