My regular place wasn't open and i needed a mani pedi. This was farther from me but the places near me had awful reviews. There were 3 people working.. man, woman and young guy. I wpndered if it was a family operation. The young guy did my feet and he was fantastic. Very gentle. Usually pedis hurt a bit since i Usually on verge of ingrown toenail. This guy did the usual but was so careful. Might have found a new fav place. The lady did my mani. She was also good but not as gentle. Plus she totally cuticle shamed me. She fussed at me about my cuticle and pointed out the cuticle remains on her towel. Lol never been fussed at in a manicure. read more

I just moved to Monroe and wanted to try the nail salons. This was the first one I went to and I wasn't very impressed. It is small and everyone was in close quarters. I got SNS with tips, the nails aren't even in length or thickness. The woman who did my nails touched them before they were dry but didn't put a new top coat so I've had her thumbprint on my nail for the past two weeks. $55 wasted in my opinion. Only got two stars for their convenient location next to Kroger. read more

I was very pleased with the service and staff that I am happy to say I no longer visit any other salons. I go in every 2 weeks and have been helped very quickly, offered something to drink (bottle water) and never had to wait more than 5mins. There is Always a few new colors added to their huge collection of polish, the prices are amazing. Cozy Nails Spa was a hidden treasure. It is super close to the Monroe outlet mall. My friend and I stopped by because we wanted to get our nails done during our girls day trip. Since I have never been there and reviews were mixed, I was unsure of how the service would be. Everyone was very polite, timely, and personable. My nails turned out beautifully and was very pleased with the attention to detail done. When leaving it was pouring down rain and they even offered us to take an umbrella. My nails are absolutely immaculate! I got SNS ("powder") on natural nails, and I asked for a french manicure with a "squoval" nail shape. The young lady that did my nails exceeded my expectations! I visit my cousin several times a year. We decided to get pedicures while I was in town. We went to this salon because it has good reviews and we were not at all disappointed! The nail techs are so kind, courteous and make sure you are satisfied with the job they do. Excellent pedicure. This will be our goto salon from now on! I might add, I have SNS nails, and it is hard to find a salon out of town that does this. They do! It's great to know if I need my nails done while I am here, they can fix me up! read more

There have been so many times that I've gone to other nail shops requesting some adorable design and the tech either tells me they can't do it, or their work is poorly executed. The staff at Cozy's have no such limitations. Any design you desire they can replicate, or if you're not sure what you want, they can suggest something great. I will return! I've read the mixed reviews, but I'm one of those people who has to find things out for myself! I really like cozy's! Some of polish needed some refreshing and maybe a little updating is needed on their chairs. But overall it was a great visit. I was relaxed and felt very pampered when I got my deluxe pedi done. I'm writing this 2 weeks after I went in to Cozy nails for a gel polish manicure. I've not been in to Cozy for over 2 years because my last experience was a terrible one. I had heard they were under new management so I thought I'd try again. My first clue something was wrong should have been when I walked in & there was only two others customers in the place at lunchtime on a Friday which previously was always busy. The polish job was sloppy, and whatever cheap brand of gel they are using started peeling off after only one week. Typically, decent gel polish should last at least 2 weeks, and I've gone even as long as 4 weeks with a good gel polish-like OPI. I won't be going back until someone else takes over the salon & they use a different brand of gel. Very dissatisfied. Total waste of money. read more

I normally NEVER go to Cozy Nail Spa to get my nails done because ever since they changed owners they have gone downhill. I went tonight because I didn't have time to drive to the normal place I go to and I am so upset... I told the lady that did my nails that I wanted to keep the length of my natural nails and she cut them all the way down to my fingertips, THEN she cut my pinky 3 TIMES!!! I counted. Plus, the SNS looks horrible. Heading to Caravelle (my normal nail place) tomorrow to see what they can do for me. Very disappointed. You'd think she'd take off some money since she did such a bad job but nope.. paid the whole $48 dollars. Never again will I go here! read more

I love them, going there since they were behind Burger King, when I moved to Xenia I used to drive the 40 minute trip o get my nails done. This salon is the only place my daughter has ever had her nails done at that's why I was so shocked when I went there today to get a pedicure after my trip to the dentist I had a new guy , well he was new to me but this is the first time i have been there since the fall, working on my feet and not only did he cut my cutical, the whole experience wasnt as relaxing as normal( some of which I can account for since my novacain was waring off). However I noticed later on that day that one of my toes actually still had white nail polish on it and my other big toe already had a chip in it. Normally Richard or the ladies will put two layer of top coat on to prevent this from happening but this one didnt. I plan on calling to let them know but I might just suck it up and not ever have him do my feet again, even though its crazy to spend $40 and not even have them look fabulous for the whole day. like I have said already its a great place they just keep getting new people as they are getting more clients, which you can also look at it as you wont have to wait long if you didnt book an appointment. I am disappointed but I will continue to visit this establishment because the others are just that good. read more
