Prior to this visit, I never knew that there was a brick and mortar store because I hardly drive this far north on La Brea. Once I drove up in this area and saw the store. I was surprised to see that it is a rather small space. Anyhow, I used to just get everything on Woot or Amazon. The guy, who sounded Russian but whose name I forgot to ask, (He gave me a business card but the card didn't have his name as well) is pretty nice in finding the parts I needed. I went to the store and the employee was helpful and fit me for a mask. I purchased the mask and sadly it's extremely painful, I contacted the store to see if I could exchange it and they said all sales are final. Nothing in the store states that all sales are final. There is nothing posted anywhere. When I asked about that over the phone the employee said it's on the receipt, I said the only way I would have seen that notice is to have already purchase the item. I was so happy to have found this store but I was sadly mistaken. It takes zero effort to let a customer know before hand that they can't exchange a product if there is an issue with it. I just wanted to get a different mask that wouldn't hurt my face. Now I'm out $169.00 and still don't have a working mask. As a pillow mask user, I needed a full face mask during allergy season. I called and Roman picked up and immediately took my suggestion of an F40 mask (that I had read suggested online) and told me about better options. Once I went in and he saw me, he knew that neither his suggestion nor the F40 would be a good fit, so he immediately had me try a couple of other masks. We ended up on a different Phillips mask that was the most comfortable fit I've ever had. Roman did more to help me in 15 minutes of his experience + helping me try on masks than I have gotten from any direct supplier or personal testing over the last 5 years.
