It's magic. That's the best way to describe it. Jess trained my 2.5 year old who was a co-sleeper & would wake every 2-3 hours every evening asking for milk. I thought he'd be really rough to train & it would take so long and maybe not even work, but at this point I had tried anything. Within 3 days he was sleeping in his bed by himself through the night. Nap time which used to be a war, all of a sudden is the easiest part of the day. It was expensive, but it's the best money I've ever spent & I wish I had done it earlier. It's been 3 weeks since training started & my son loves going to sleep by himself & getting his stickers. We also light trained him at the same time & that green light is his favorite thing. He has been successful sleeping in our home, grandparents house & a friends house. He even has been successful through a horrible cold and fever.
