I currently send my child to this preschool. The director and all the teachers are kind. When my child was in the first 2-year-old class and had a late birthday, they provided excellent care to help with adaptation. Now, at 4 years old, my child enjoys going to school, and we're fortunate that they like all the teachers from the previous classes. Despite not having a photo-sharing program like other schools, seeing my child happy and receiving a binder with photos and creations at the end of the year brings satisfaction. If I have another child, I would be satisfied to send them to this school again, as it aligns with my religious beliefs, and the director's personalized attention and care are evident. read more

It's hard for me to believe the story written in the first post. My children have been attending CPC preschool since 2010 and I can't think of one teacher that would even think to do that to a child. Not saying that it's a made up story but... I had 2 boys who graduated and currently a daughter who is in a 3 yo class and they've all had accidents. Plenty of them. Never heard a story like that. Anyway, if I could give 10 stars I would. I've been at this school every single day for the past 6 years and as a parent, I'm so thankful to have a place I trust with all 3 of my children. I can't say enough about Ms Kim and Ms Susan. It amazes me to see how much they truly love and care for each child. I can't even stand my own children sometimes (parents, ya feel me) and I get their names all mixed up. But these ladies seem to never miss a beat. They are so sweet and generous with their time and affection for every single kid. If you need to see how good they are, just see them on the first day of a new school year with crying kids everywhere. The teachers at CPC are so great. My kids learned sooo much, esp in the 3 yo class and PRE-K (Ms Hannah and Ms Grace are THE BEST!!!) Almost every kid will be reading by the time they graduate from pre-K and all of them will be ready to thrive in Kindergarten. I visited at least 10 different preschools in the area before I found CPC. After meeting the director, Miss Kim, I knew this was the preschool for my daughter because of the warmth and kindness she showed to the students and parents. Once you visit and meet the staff, you will understand why there is a wait list. They all love and treat the children as their own. Throughout the school year the kids get to do fun activities like have a visit from the local fire department with fire engines, field trips to the pumpkin patch, camping day in the gym, jumpers to celebrate children's day, and so much more. And at the end of the school year, the teacher puts together a personalized yearbook for each student containing pictures of them and all the fun things they did each month. I was so touched that they actually take the time to put this together EVERY year for EVERY student. My kids and I still love looking at them together when we get nostalgic and miss CPC. Academically, this school is awesome too. Both of my children were over prepared for kindergarten. The work they did in kinder was easier than what they had learned in PreK from Miss Grace's class already. They make it a fun learning environment because the kids never seem to want to come home. Even after my daughter had graduated, she'd insist on coming with me to pick up her younger brother so she could visit miss Kim and her former teachers. I can't say enough good things about this school and it's staff. Miss Kim is so devoted to this school and works tirelessly to ensure every child's well-being. CPC Preschool is definitely 5 stars if your looking to put your 2 1/2 year old child or older into preschool or daycare. We started with CPC preschool in 2012 when my daughter was 2 1/2 old. We were lucky with getting my daughter in because usually there is a waiting list that's 6 months to a year out but another student moved out of town so my daughter got her spot. $760 per month for 5 full days from 7am to 6pm which includes breakfast, hlunch, and afternoon snack is a great deal. The average classroom size is around 10 so teachers have a huge impact on your child's growth. Each year my daughter would move to the next classroom and learn new principals & concepts that would get them ready for kindergarten. From coloring, writing ABCs, to singing & dancing at their annual Xmas performances the teachers were always there to help & guide the students. They also help with potty training for a minimal fee but its well worth it because both of my kids picked up after 1 month. Ms. Kim who is the director there makes sure the school runs smoothly. With the help of Ms. Susan they make sure the kids breakfast are ready when they get there. As for the facility itself each classroom is clean and the kids play and eat in the humongous gym. They have annual fields for each class and hold the normal performances based on the holidays like Thanksgiving & Christmas. Ms. Eumie who teaches the T-K students really help prepare my kids for Kindergarten. From where he started in the beginning of the year to the end to the year is a big difference. He learned a lot to get him ready for kindergarten. In the T-k they use kindergarten concepts and workbooks so the students will be familiar with it once they go to kindergarten. I saw the review written by Dave H. dated 4/3/2014, I don't think it's true. The story he told at Yelp is from his friend. I like to question Dave H. why the poor girl's parents or guardians not come to comment and why he thinks he is qualified to represent them IF such thing really happened. My boy was in Cpc preschool for three years. I was so eager to send my boy there and my boy was on waiting list for more than half year before we could luck enough to register in. All teachers and staff are super nice and responsible, Ms. King is such a generous principal and I couldn't believe anyone better than her. She can remember name of each kid. All teachers and staff in Cpc preschool are full of loving,caring and patience, I saw how nicely they treat kids by my own eyes and experience. For sure, they make each kid feel happy and clean. They have big outdoor playing area and even put screen to cover sunshine in summer; they have indoor full size basketball play ground; they have central kitchen to prepare food healthy and tasty for kids. The facility of Cpc preschool is very modern and clean, the teachers and staff are nice and professional, the tuition is reasonable. What else you can expect ? I have been sending my son since 2014 and he is still attending. This is a preschool from the Director to the teachers that value each child. Not only do they teach about Jesus but the school practices it in how they run the classroom, the meals they prepare, and the teachers that are hired. Children leave the school loved by the teachers and know how to read by Kindergarten. There is a reason why the school has a two year waiting list. The moment my son was born, I made two phone calls. One to set up an initial pediatrician appointment and the next call to CPC preschool to place my newborn baby on the waiting list for the next 2 years. The director, Ms. Kim greets every child and parent in the morning and evening. You can tell she genuinely enjoys her job. I have friends who have sent their children since 2007 and it has grown in popularity for very good reason. When my daughter is two, she will be attending as well. My daughter had been accepted at CpC in the middle of the schoolyear when her previous home daycare was shut down by child services. I was frantically looking for a preschool. All the other schools had shut me out but Miss Kim heard my story and had my daughter start the next day. In her 3yrs there, she had grown to be a very good little girl. They teach the kids, not only academics but also good manners, empathy to others and kindness. She comes everyday with so much good stories of what happened that day. All the teachers are amazing! They treat kids like they are their own, while instilling in them good discipline. My daughter still stops by her previous' teachers room. She hugs her everyday before she leaves. Everyday when I bring her to school, she's excited and gets greeted and hugged by the principal and the teachers. If you want an all around education that teaches good values and excellent academics in a caring and nurturing environment, then this preschool is for you.. oh, btw, they serve real food like beef teriyaki and fried rice during lunchtime.. not some crappy pizza or cold food. read more
