Scammed my on a diesel engine took the money and after 5 months of waiting blocked us.

Absolutely terrible company do not buy anything from this company, I ordered a timing cover gasket and they charged me twice, I then requested one of them be refunded which it was but after a week of waiting and not even receiving a tracking number i requested the other be refunded, they ignored my calls and multiple emails. After ordering my same part from another company and having it at my house in 2 days (xdp diesel is the way to go not these scammers) my truck is now fixed and my original gasket has not arrived at my house. read more

Verify they have what you're ordering first - 3/3/25 ordered ball joints for a Jeep ($300) at 5 pm. In that order I stated 'based on your reputation if you can't ship by 3/4 then cancel the order'. By 11pm they emailed me stating that they don't have the ball joints in stock and properly "canceled" and "refunded" the transaction. I have an email from them stating these facts and a receipt stating the status of my order is "refunded". Since then I've communicated to them that my CC has not received the refund. As of 3/11 still no refund. Remind you, they refunded the same day as the charge....well, they didn't actually ever refund the order at all. They still have my money and best I can tell have no interest in returning my money evidenced by their refusal to refund and refusal to respond to my reminders that I haven't received it yet. If there was an option for zero stars I would give CPP ZERO stars. First off, I hate to be this guy but I figured I should help some people out before they try ordering from CPP. First, I had ordered some parts from them some odd months back. During that process I got hardly any updates regarding when things were being processed/shipped. Once I did receive my package it was missing one of the key parts I needed. I called an handful of times and got their voicemail 99% of the time. Once I finally got a hold of someone they had told me that item was out of stock (not noted Online) and that it was shipping separately. I got no notification that this item was out of stock nor that it was shipping separately. I thought ok, stuff happens it is what it is. That being said I cancelled my order, was refunded my money and was able to find the part I needed locally. Nothing but wasted time. Which is especially irritating when you order this stuff in order to meet a deadline or at least expect your order in a timely manner. Fast forward a couple months I thought I'd give them another shot. Bought a part from them that was priced competitively compared to other online vendors. SHOCKER, the same thing happened As last time. I received little to no updates and the updates I did receive, I had to email and ask them myself. Only to be told that this item was also out of stock. This also was not labeled "out of stock" on their website. I was told that they would ship it to me as soon as they received more inventory. I ordered this item 6/12/25 and I'm now writing this on 7/10/25 almost an entire month later, and yep you guessed it. STILL NO PACKAGE. If you like your time and money to be wasted, then this is the website for you. Yes a lot of their items are priced competitively, but don't expect any updates or to receive your order in a timely manner. Don't waste your time like i did (not once but twice). However, its location doesn't look like a business that would accommodate its website's "inventory." On 6/3/2024 at 7:19 AM PST, I called to check the availability of a RevMax Billet valve body; I explained I had broken down in Oregon but wasn't driving back to GA for another 3 weeks. I was told they had it in stock and that it would ship that day if I placed the order. I placed the order online while I was speaking to their employee because I used Affirm; she confirmed seeing the order, and at 7:24 AM PST, I received an order confirmation email. I include the times because, per the CPPs FAQ page, "We process orders when we receive them, and orders placed before 2PM will usually ship same day" (https://cppdiesel.com/faqs/). CPP is located in PA, regardless of being told it would ship the day I ordered it, and regardless of the fact I clearly placed the order WAY before 2 PM EST, after 3 days and still not having any tracking info, I attempted calling them. CLEARLY, it was a fluke that I was able to talk to someone on 6/3/2024 because, after several attempts throughout the next two days, I only got their message that said in partial, "Due to high call volume...email us at sales@cppdiesel.com." So, I did email them more than once; however, the emails bounced back as undeliverable! That said, yesterday (6/12/2024), I started placing calls to them again, and once again, a FLUKE occurred. After repeatedly dialing after getting their message, someone answered!! I explained how and why I placed the order, and I asked for the tracking info for said order placed 9 days prior, only to be told my order hadn't been processed yet and that they were very "backed up." When I told her I had attempted to email several times, she said a "problem with Google" had caused their email to be down. When I told her to cancel the order, she started backpedaling, telling me she would have to check "with the warehouse" to see if it had already been shipped."WAIT!!! Didn't you just say my order hadn't been processed yet???" She indicated she would have to verify that and I might be charged a restocking fee, and that she would get back to me. ARE YOU KIDDING ME?! THANK GOD I used Affirm to make this purchase because I was able to dispute the loan with 3 clicks of my trackpad! In my dispute, I provided a more summarized version of the problem, a screenshot of my phone record showing I was still on the phone with CPP even after the time indicated on the confirmation email that I also supplied Affirm. CPP's email problem must have been resolved because at 10:40 PM PST last night, I received an email confirming that my order had been canceled and that my payment had been refunded to Affirm! The bottom line: I'm not going to disparage CPP with name-calling; the facts herein speak for themselves; the other reviews have covered name-calling well. However, if you can do business directly with the manufacturer of parts, in this case, RevMax, you'll be better off! I contacted them this morning; they took GREAT care of me; my parts will be here next Wednesday! The funny thing is, when I explained what had happened, the rep had never heard of CPP, so he looked them up in their system; CPP hasn't placed an order with RevMax since 2017!! Same story as most. CPP is banking on you not reading fine print. In my case on the site it had an expected release date. I didn't think nothing of it as nothing clearly stated out of stock. Then they say you owe them a 20% processing fee when you want to cancel the order rather than waiting 2 months. If you can help it go elsewhere. First and last time buyer from here. I ordered from CPP without checking their reviews first and have regretted it since. I should of know better when I saw there is no phone number, shady people are always trying to be difficult to track down. Over two months in they told me they wouldn't be able to get the manifold I ordered and that a refund would be issued for the polished portion. I replied that is not what I ordered and that unless there was a discount that I just wanted a refund. The CPP representative that contacted me (via phone) said that she couldn't do that and I could contact the owner (via email of coarse) to request that. I never received a reply from the owner. I have requested a refund now multiple times and the response is always that they are waiting on "someome else", the warehouse, the manufacture, etc. I recurved the same responses as others here almost like that's the business strategy of CPP take peoples money and hold it for as long as possible. 10/10 would not recommend read more

Purchased ARP head bolts from CCP. Had to return them since the truck i purchased already had them installed Received them at the end of June, sent them back July 7th, they received them on July 10. Never received a credit back until my credit card company got involved and they took it out of their bank account. Very Poor Customer service and their excuse is COVID.
