I'd give 0 stars if that were an option. Do NOT order anything from this company. It has been approximately 7 months and I still have not received my refund. I am fortunate enough to have not lost as much money as others have stated they have lost thousands to this company but I spent nearly $300 on a part that was wrong. I returned the part to their exact specifications with tracking etc. They received the part but I did not receive my refund. They continue to give me the run around. I called them regarding a part they had advertised online, they confirmed it would work for my application, it didn't, they told me to return it, I did, then they wouldn't confirm my refund after I shipped the part back to them. I ordered a head gasket set from CPP, paid extra for expedited shipping, only to be told it was on back order. This was in June. I was told in July I would be refunded my money. It did not happen and I had to continually email them to ask what was going on. I tried calling but they have a message stating they do not accept calls only email. CCP stated that this item was in stock 2 days later received an email that this item was not in stock. Later CCP stated that item is no longer be available for sale or reorder. I ask for a refund they stated it was pending a refund. I never received a refund from this company for $249.95. It has now been 29 days without an update on the order, any refund, or clear communication. They claim they are waiting on Cummins for information, but I checked with Cummins on June 10th and found 14 bearings across the nation. Anyways, they said the part was not going to be able until mid January. Now, is it logical or ethical to sell something you DONT HAVE and offer 3 days shipping for an extra cost?? By far the worst experience I have had as a consumer. Spent thousands of dollars with CPP diesel, and the owner didn't even have the decency to speak to me on the phone when trying to solve why I did not receive the parts I bought with my hard earned money, and the parts I did receive originally were not the parts I had ordered. Customer service does not exist with this company. Hours spent on hold, owner was never available to talk to, tracking numbers never emailed, nothing but a huge headache. If you are looking to get held up with parts or for a way to lose ambition towards a long term project, then CPP is the place to go. read more

CPP diesel has been far from exemplary with customer service. I have had 2 negative experiences with them. First issue finally was resolved but took about 3 months or more to do so. I had purchased CPP fuel injectors for my 2005 Dodge Diesel in Nov. 2016. There was a core charge. (the core charge is imposed to ensure that CPP gets old injectors back to rebuild them) My core charge was $900. The injectors installed Dec. 2016. I had to file a dispute with my credit card co. to receive my refund. CPP Diesel kept telling me my refund was released but it never showed up until after the dispute was settled about 3 months later. During this waiting period there was 1 injector failure, which CPP diesel replaced under warranty. Now the 2nd ongoing issue. These injectors are supposed to have a 1 year warranty, according to their website. Friday,June 16, 2017 I had a major power loss. I was near Nevada state line. Truck towed to Carson City Dodge Friday night. Monday afternoon I was informed 3 injectors had failed, and that the EMC could have been lost due to the high electrical load of the failed injectors. CPP diesel has been very non responsive to my emails concerning this issue. On about June 30 I did receive 1 email response requesting my phone number so they could discuss this. On July 3 I did email them my phone number. Other then that there has been no other response, or phone call regarding this matter. I do not know if the rebuilder of these injectors has poor quality control or what? All I know is that I have had 4 our of 6 injectors fail within their warranty period and CPP has been ignored me on this 2nd issue other then the 1 response requesting my phone number. On my first issue they were very difficult to make contact with. I do have paper work that supports my story. From my experience with CPP diesel they are not what they say they are. BEWARE! read more
