Our work wanted to do a CPR/first aid training session at our location, and Jake made it so easy to schedule. He was quick to respond to our inquiry and found a date that worked with both his schedule and ours in no time. He arrived on time with all his equipment, set up quickly and made the whole experience very fun and interactive. We did CPR training for both adults and kids/infants and he drew from his own personal experience as a trained professional and active fireman/paramedic to give us real life examples we could relate to. We are a cooking school so he also covered possible scenarios for first aid within our kitchen environment. His easygoing manner made the class much more relaxed and he was more than willing to answer any questions we had for him. It allows you to see his perspective of what you might encounter when giving CPR. His stories and encounters with real life accounts help you understand the importance of what you are doing and how to be prepared. My daughter and I wanted to take a CPR/first aid class that could fit into our crazy summer schedule. Jake came to our home to do the class and that was perfect!
