I can't say enough good things about my experience with CPR. After my dying father's beautiful home had a massive devastating leak caused by a stupid refrigerator, I nearly lost my mind. Our AAA home insurance adjuster, Russell, recommended CPR. I had explained to the adjuster that my father was dying and who would he recommend if it were for his closest family. The adjuster was really genuine and said CPR was the best. I was skeptical at first because there weren't many reviews and most were about carpet... it makes sense to me now. CPR is truly so good and busy that they don't need to market. They are simply a go to referral. The moment Matt and his team came to evaluate I knew they were the right contractors for the job. I had had another good team come evaluate before CPR and the evaluation was hands down night and day. They moisture metered every part of the downstairs and quickly began contaminating the mold and moisture. The damage in our very large and beautiful home has required stripping of hardwood floor and carpet, cutting out almost the entire downstairs walls, removal of an entire kitchen and bathroom, serious crazy mold remediation, and more. The home was built 20 years ago and the features are custom, high quality, and unique. It's very important to me to keep those same features my father chose. The kitchen island was custom stained and CPR has done the research and work to make try to get it to be the how it was from matching colors, tiles, and woods. They've been so kind and sensitive to my situation. I'm pretty devastated about the entire thing. They are probably about a third of the way through with the house. It's a many month repair job and so far I'm so grateful and happy with my experience. Matt the owner has been so communicative and my main point of contact. He always calls me back right away and communicates so clearly about every step. He's also referred me to some amazing resources for fixing the AC, plumber, and estate sales... all the referrals have been 5 stars. Lily the interior designer is so sweet and professional. She's sent me photos of samples, met me at a show room, and looked into all the old paperwork and documentation of the building of my home to figure out how to make everything exactly the same. The rest of the team has been really professional and polite and are all working so hard. There's a whole crew of people working on my home. They've completely sealed their working areas to make sure so dust and other parts of my home get damaged or dirty. My entire downstairs needed to be packed out, so their packing team carefully packed and documented everything. Seriously top notch crew. I know I made the right choice and that my home is in the best hands. Will update my review when all the work is complete. Matt's been honest about the timeline, how long it takes to get new cabinets made, and etc... it's all a process and I'm so grateful they aren't rushing the job and making sure it's all done right. I'm so glad to have found CPR because the original place Yelp recommended to me with 5 stars never got back to me. CPR was very responsive even though I managed to call after closing on a Friday afternoon. They called, made a time for a carpet cleaning proposal and gave me the name of the estimator. Thankfully I called him on the day because he had his client's numbers and addresses transposed, but he did come out the same day and it was fine. We set the day and and I explained that I don't live at the property that I need the carpet cleaned. He gave me a very reasonable quote and told me the next steps. I got a call the day before the cleaning asking if I could be there earlier because they had a cancellation. I said no as my family life prevents many last minute schedule changes, or getting there early. So, no worries, set for the original time and confirmed. As I was in the car on the way to the property the next day, I got another call from the carpet cleaners sort of pressing me into starting earlier. I said I could be there in 1/2 hour and they showed right up. Thankfully we did start a bit early because it ended up being the hottest day of the year so far and we were all sweating to death. They need to leave the door open for their cleaning equipment. CPR was quick, efficient and clean. My carpets looked great I simply wish they honored the original time without the pressure to change it. read more

I hired CPR for carpet cleaning to remove stains throughout the house. Shaun kept reassuring me that the carpet cleaning would remove all of the stains and that I would be able to keep the carpet. He told me that they are more expensive than other companies but said that is because they do a good job and you won't need a second cleaning. Two guys showed up to do the carpet cleaning. The stains were not removed - not even the slight or moderate ones. In some of the rooms, edges were missed, and you would see a dark line. They missed three closets, and you could tell, because again, there was a solid line where the carpet was a different color. The steam cleaning also lifted the carpet. I now have lines and ripples. I've never experienced that with a steam cleaning before. The guys also did not want to wear shoe covers, so I had to clean all of the tile where the dirt was tracked. Since I now have more issues with the carpet than before, I have to replace all of the carpet. I wasn't charged for the service, but the experience was terrible, and I am angry that I am left with more problems. I do not appreciate being lied to in order to make a sale. Given that they are so expensive, you would think that they would do a good job and take some accountability. read more

We had a flood upstairs that took out the bathroom, hallway, two bedrooms, and linen closet floors, as well as the laundry room and part of the garage ceiling. Our insurance company called CPR and they were on it! Matt was very patient and transparent. He listened to all of our questions and warned us that by day five we'd be stir crazy due to the fans. He was right! When demo started, they discovered a plumbing and electrical problem that needed to be addressed. Danielle was easy to contact and checked in on us many times. If I did have an issue, she took care of it immediately. She crunched numbers, but didn't cut corners. She helped us get the most for the money we had to pay out of pocket. I hope I never have to use them again, but if we DO need any type of restoration again, we will definitely go to them! read more

Doing this during quarantine- both workers had masks and booties on when entering my home. They placed a protective runner under the hoses they used in my home.The staff was professional and curteous! The stains I was so worried were going to stay forever, were lightened considerably! Buyer beware when using this company. This particular company I implore customers not to use them. I would say their workers are somewhat decent. Although they try to push the customer to come into the property when they're not there to do any loss mitigation work. When the customer tries to explain that they themselves need to be there on the premises. However, based on my experience with the admin part of the company especially with Danielle, I would say be very careful when dealing with her. She has a bad habit of being argumentative, threatening, lying behavior and being manipulative. She will make up things to your insurance company so as to cause problems and does not listen to the customer. She will try to deflect her part of her responsibility and throw it back to the customer. She will disconnect phone calls when she doesn't want to listen to the customer and their concerns. If I could rate this company a 0 I would. Because of her behavior towards me as customer, I would implore anyone whom is looking for a loss mitigation business to employ, do not use them. read more

I have use CPR since 2010 when they came out in the middle of the night because of a burst pipe under the foundation. They had to take up carpets and take them to their shop to be dried out and they brought fans to the house to dry out all the water. After the restoration everything looked as good as new. Ever since then I have used them to clean my carpets, my tile and grout, and upholstery. Today I again had everything cleaned and Kyle and Tim did a wonderful job. Not only are they good workers, but they are a pleasure to have in your home doing this work. I will never use another company to clean my carpets, tile, and upholstery.
