We had an electrical house fire that burned the entire attic. The water damage by the fire department was excessive. The house required full blown demolition and clean up - being stripped down to the studs and down to the sub floor. Complete removal of the remaining roof structure. Leaving an open top box of our house and see through walls. On a Sunday morning I mustered up the courage to call around for estimates. I left a message for three companies. Sam called me right away within the hour. The other company on Monday mid morning. The third company never called back. Sam had the heart to express his condolences for our loss and assured me that we would be taken care of. The other company was indifferent and calculating from the onset. This is what sets Rainbow apart from any other company. Rainbow was willing to work with us knowing we had no insurance to cover the cost. They beat the competitors estimate. I assure you they will out perform any company in the Central Valley. They go above and beyond in providing helping hands, consolation and strategizing when you just don't really know what to do and where to begin. They are professionals with heart, mind and soul. You won't meet better people in this world, in business or personally. Saiid and the crew of strong, courteous and respectful young men worked diligently and tirelessly. They came prepared with a positive attitude and willingness to help with all the miscellaneous extra help we needed. They helped move furniture and boxes and stuff that we just didn't have the strength or energy to do ourselves. Saiid and Sam are the salt of the earth. They are absolutely wonderful human beings. I am so grateful that God directed me to them. They have been a blessing to our family. They are forever in my heart and I am forever grateful for them seeing us through this entire experience. The interior of our house (or what remains of it) and the parameter outside was left completely clean. They sanded down the wood structure remaining and treated for mold. We are ready to rebuild. The pictures included are the progress of the work done to show the scope and magnitude of the disaster they handled with grace. To find out that my beautiful home in the Tower District has an old asbestos roof was a horror!! I knew this was going to be a huge hassle to properly dispose of this material but CVE was the correct company for the job!!! Greg walked the property with me the day prior and told me the game plan. The next day the crew should up ready to work and started to prep the jobsite. They did everything by OSHA standards and tarped the windows and draped the floors to begin tear off. They were also properly tied off to the roof and wearing all necessary PPE for the job. Overall it took them 3 days to complete my roof since the pitch is so steep but they handled it with easy!!! Friday was their last day of work and I was nervous that they weren't going to finish in time but boy I was wrong! They packed up all of their gear and cleaned the surrounding area. There was no debris or nails any where around my house, it looked like they were never there!!!! Called Serve Pro and they were immediate and decisive the manager Jorge who came out to check and assess damage was absolutely fantastic. The quality of his knowledge was second to none. He performed the work himself which is not normally done. Now the value well was a little steep however had we chosen to not take immediate action it could have been very expensive with the floor buckling and mold growth. If you have the need for experts in water damage / mold removal these folks we get it done.

CPR was very responsive even though I managed to call after closing on a Friday afternoon. They called, made a time for a carpet cleaning proposal and gave me the name of the estimator. Thankfully I called him on the day because he had his client's numbers and addresses transposed, but he did come out the same day and it was fine. We set the day and and I explained that I don't live at the property that I need the carpet cleaned. He gave me a very reasonable quote and told me the next steps. I got a call the day before the cleaning asking if I could be there earlier because they had a cancellation. I said no as my family life prevents many last minute schedule changes, or getting there early. So, no worries, set for the original time and confirmed. As I was in the car on the way to the property the next day, I got another call from the carpet cleaners sort of pressing me into starting earlier. I said I could be there in 1/2 hour and they showed right up. Thankfully we did start a bit early because it ended up being the hottest day of the year so far and we were all sweating to death. They need to leave the door open for their cleaning equipment. CPR was quick, efficient and clean. My carpets looked great I simply wish they honored the original time without the pressure to change it.

After reaching out to our home warranty company, they sent out a technician who told us that it would cost $6500 to repair and remediate the problem. After getting the runaround from our warranty company, we decided to reach out to local companies to get quotes on the work which is how we connected with Diedre and her team. She was so extremely helpful, clear with answers, and reasonably priced. They were able to be out to remediate the sewage within two days and did the work for significantly less than we were quoted from the plumbing company that tried to rake us across the coals. The part that impressed me the most was when Diedre personally came to our home to check in on the progress! She didn't have to but she did, and that small act made the biggest impression on me and the way they run their company. They were also very patient with us in making our payment due to the fact that we were going through escrow, and our funds were tied up with that process. We were able to pay them once we received the proceeds from our sale.

I would Never recommend this Company to my Family, Friends, nor my worst enemy ( figure of speech)…read moreI contacted this Company due to flooding in the master bedroom enterance which is connected to my master bathroom. I specifically asked to have a plumber come out and take a look to see what was going on. I was informed if the plumber arrived before 8am there would be an additional 40.00 fee to my visit which i agreed to pay. At 740am a man from this Company arrived at my door. Me thinking it was the plumber I of course let him in. Soon I realized it was not the plumber but a water restoration technician. They were going to charge me 800.00 to leave some fans and humidifier out to dry the carpet and moisture from the walls. Now, before I contacted Roto Rooter I of course contacted my Home Insurance. They informed me they had a water restoration company which they cover at 100%. So it seemed odd for Roto Rooter to send a water restoration technician instead of a plumber like I requested. While Roto Rooters Water restoration tech was here I called my insurance and they advised they would send a water restoration company (Puma) so I wouldn't have to pay 800.00. Which I'm so glad I did! I turned their water restoration technicians and asked them to leave. The plumber ended up arriving hours later. Now that day a total of 6 different people from Roto Router came to my house. And all they did was look around the area with a flash light. And didn't really do anything. They were walking in and out and concluded they thought the cause of the water flood was coming from the slow drip behind the faucet in my shower- which was incorrect. It was physically impossible for that much water which flooded my entry way to come from the slow drip alone. They ended up sub contracting another company to try to figure out where the leak was coming from ( he was from A & D) and that gentleman discovered there was water going out thru the grout of my shower. At this point everyone from Roto Rooter had already left my Home but not before charging me 425.00 for there visit of doing nothing. Thank fully my insurance reimbursed me that fee. My insurance adjuster came to my home and informed they also did not agree with Roto Rooters conclusion to the real cause of the leak. The Day after Roto Rooters visit I reached out to the company and wanted to speak with the plumber regarding some questions I had and to this day the Plumber Alex has not reached out to me. Very unprofessional! Please do your research. I would recommend to go local and find a good plumber that does their job and not waste your time nor money. I hope my review helps and please be aware.
