I recently went there last Saturday and they had 2 battery's in stock. Both were used and the guy was kind about it and he said next week. Today I went there and he said it was a 2 hour repair estimate time so we left and waited for about 1 ish hours and we get a text saying me phone is done. For the price I paid I'm very satisfied with the efficiency of the repair (it only took less than an hour) and the price for my 6S (220) which isn't bad considering I would have to pay more if I had went to apple or T-Mobile. Came in to fix a problem with my Nexus 6 phones Battery. The technicians where decent enough. After receiving the necessary part the repair was done within a hour of getting the broken device. These stores,CPR, are individually owned so the sort of service you get from each one can vary drastically. I would be given this particular store 4 stars, but after their new battery did not fix my problem. They refused a return on the part for at least a partial refund. I'd be careful going to this store knowing that if your repair doesn't work you probably won't be getting your money back. While it might seem better to save money on a warranty replacement. In many cases it might not be worth the risk of having to pay money twice to get a working device. read more

I thought I had cracked my screen underneath it's protector and went in for a quote. The guy at the counter peeled off the protector and my screen was fine, it was just the protector that was cracked. He was super friendly and had a joking personality that made my experience at the store really fun. He helped me pick out a new tempered glass screen and I also needed a new power cord, so he picked the one for my phone right out. Such a simple experience but I was really impressed. read more

I travelled to London and when I tried to change SIM cards in my iPhone, discovered that my ATT SIM card was stuck and the tray had broken in half inside my phone. I took it to a guy in London who said he could fix anything... He lied. So I had to use an old square Nokia for the duration of my trip. When I got to MN I thought one last try and took it to CPR. Within 5 minutes of entering the store David (he needs a raise or promotion or something) was able to extract the broken tray and had my phone working like new. Not to mention I walked in at 7pm not knowing they were about to close, and David kindly serviced my phone (stellar customer service). I popped part of the screen off on my LG G5 and because of that, the volume buttons no longer worked. I brought it in and Austin P. was super helpful. He said he could fix it in a little less than an hour so i left it with him. He had it fixed in 15 minutes! Austin and his co-worker were super friendly and very knowledgeable. I called this store to see if they could replace my iphone 6s plus screen, they said yes and that it would be $130. So, that's the amount I was charged, plus the additional $15 for a glass screen protector. When I picked my phone up after it was "fixed", they charged me an additional $25 because apparently they didn't charge me the correct amount and the lady that put my glass screen protector left a HUGE bubble under it and was not in the least bit friendly. Amazing Customer Service!! I had a mic problem on my iPhone 6 where if I wasn't using the speaker or a Bluetooth callers on the other side of the call could not hear me. Now it's all fixed up and I haven't had any complaints since!!!! Gary was very helpful he told me how much it would be and how long it would take, even though they do first come first serve I was in and out very fast!! This place ripped us off totally. I brought my iPhone 4 in as it had a fuzzy line and they said it was shot. They offered me a I phone 6 for 350 and said it worked great. They started to update the IOS which was supposed to finish at home. It never updates. I went back and they did the same thing and sent me home saying they had poor cell service there. Still didn't update. Brought back and asked for a refund which they refused even though under warranty. I asked for my old phone back and they said they sold it. I brought the phone to cellectronix in Anoka who said the home button had been replaced and would never update and would shut down at some point. Still no refund. Would never go back. read more

In a world where cutting costs often means sacrificing customer service, imagine my shock when I found a small business with exceptional customer service! On my way in to work I had often heard the CPR ads on the radio (KDWB). I had been having issues with my iPhone. When it was plugged in the slightest movement of the wire caused it to disconnect. I had cleaned the port myself, tried different cables, and made my peace with the fact it's just too expensive to replace. I finally remembered the name from the ad, and called them. A human being answered the phone! It caught me off guard. I explained my issue to the man who answered. He replied like this was something he heard every day. He told me that if anything it's likely the port needing replacement. It would cost $65 and take about an hour to complete. It's an iPhone, and apple doesn't do cheap. So to get a brand new part installed, in an hour, and pay $65 for it all, is better than I expected. Many of you who own iPhones know they cost too much to just go buy a new one. I'd heard enough, I was on my way. I headed there immediately. They're easy to find, and plenty of parking (even know their neighbor Best Buy's parking lot is being resurfaced). I walked in and the place was clean, and there were 2 customers sitting on a bench. A man came out from the back. I told him I had called, and explained the issue. He takes a good look at the port. I told him I tried everything, and already cleaned it out. He said, just a minute, sometimes these just get full of gunk that doesn't come out so easily." 3 minutes later he returns to the counter, hands me my phone (which now looked cleaner that it's been since I bought it), and said "the port was just dirty". Elated, I asked how much I owe for the cleaning? "Nothing at all" he said, "you're all set." I actually stood there a bit shocked for a brief moment, thanked him, and left. He could've taken me for a port-replacement, and he knew it. Instead, he fixed the issue and charged me nothing. Something tells me this place is going to be a huge success, and that you can't afford not to go there first. read more

I have also left messages and NEVER get a return call. Very annoying since I have an infant and packing up the car to go there for a question is inconvenient. read more

I brought my phone here for repair. They said they were unable to fix it and offered me a used phone instead. They couldn't download the IOS update and told me to bring it home and it would finish. It didn't and went back the next day and they repeated the same thing and sent me back with i t. I finally brought it to another repair place that said it would never update as the home button had been replaced. I returned the phone. Asked for my old phone back but they sold it. Had a new screen put on my phone and had to return because one corner was lifting up. Employees were helpful and friendly and told me it would be ready in an hour. I returned just shy of an hour, and they told me it would be another 20 minutes. I returned in 20 minutes, and they told me it wouldn't be ready until the next day. I picked it up the next day, brought it home, and discovered it would not connect to wifi or data. I called the store immediately, and they told me to bring it back, and they kept it overnight. Called the next day around 4:00 and they hadn't looked at it yet. Called again at 6:00, and they still hadn't looked at it and said it would be a 50/50 chance that we would get it back today. Then they called us at 6:30 to let us know it was ready, but when we got it home, it still would not connect to data, we couldn't make a phone call, and the screen looks worse than it did when we brought it in two days ago. Seriously, what is going on here! I'm very quickly losing faith in this company! Since the store is closed, I contacted the store via e-mail on their web page. I am waiting for a reply and hope that they make this right. Stay tuned for an update... The store never contacted us, but we contacted them Saturday early afternoon. They told us that they had seen the e-mail and to bring the phone back in. They said they would replace the antennae part and the screen. So we left the phone with them to fix. We called them later that evening, and they said they had to order the parts and that they wouldn't be in until Tuesday or Wednesday. They gave us the choice to leave the phone with them or to come pick it up and they would call us when the parts were in. We chose to take the phone. They called on Tuesday to let us know the part was in, we dropped the phone off, and they told us to return before close. We arrived before closing to pick up the phone, and they had replaced the antennae part, but not the screen...apparently that hadn't arrived yet. The antennae part they ordered is a different color than the original and it appears they switched out the camera because that is a different color as well. Why they switched out the camera, I have no idea??? So basically, the phone looks like trash. The screen looks worse than it did when we originally brought it in, the camera is black instead of white, and the edge is gray instead of silver. And to boot...we still can't connect to data or make a phone call! So much for speedy repair...it's been a week now! Not to mention how many times we have driven back and forth with this phone. This is so ridiculous and we would definitely NOT recommend this place to anyone! Right now, our $600 phone is trash! Extremely frustrated! But I'm hoping for a happy ending to this story. Stay tuned... Here we are December 1 and we still don't have the phone fixed. They told us that when we originally brought the phone in to have the screen replaced in the summer, we must have damaged the motherboard. Seriously? The phone was working perfectly fine until they got a hold of it to fix the screen they had replaced. They did admit to ordering the wrong parts/colors for the phone and said they are waiting on new parts. In fact, he said they are waiting on 6 different parts. What!
