I've been a customer of Verizon for 10+ years. I will never return here. I was promised 2 new phones within 48 hours, they didn't arrive until 9 days later. One color was backordered and I wasn't told that by the agent otherwise I would have selected another color. Turn and Burn, they ignored my request for phone case. I returned today to turn in the old phones and I receive a complete run around by the "manager". He wouldn't event listen and came up with, count them, 5 excuses. Managers should be trained in customer service. All this "manager" did was argue with me. How about "I'll check into this for you" there are a million other customer service phrases. Still 1 star. I went in to the store. Got no help at all. The manager was very unhelpful. and I'm still out over $1000.00. 2 1/2 more years and ill be back with T-Mobil. read more

Came to the store about issues with phone. Young blonde guy who was working was no help at all. I have issues with charging my phone and instead of helping me was basically told I could not be helped unless I upgraded my phone. Left went to best buy where they were much helpful. read more

Came in for Home Internet and to have a new screen protector put on an iPhone. Moe helped us. He was great! He was knowledgeable and professional. He wasn't pushy and didn't try to upsell me on stuff I didn't need. Satisfied. read more

This store exists purely to sell, not to help. I came over to Verizon recently from another carrier and they screwed up the transfer. Took nearly 3 hours to complete it, put the wrong phone number on the wrong phone (which I just live with now), etc. They were minimally apologetic and continued to try to sell me crap. I wasn't going to post anything, just was going to let it go, but then... A month later I get an email saying my service is terminated?? and I have a past due amount? Many phone calls later with Verizon customer service reveals that they actually setup an activation fee on some kind of sublevel account that was NEVER visible to me and that sublevel account was terminated (no way i could have known about this -- not visible online). Now a collector is contacting me about it and I have to spend countless more time on the phones to get this expunged. Ridiculous. Based on other reviews, sounds like other Verizon stores are actually helpful. Go there, not these clowns. read more

This is the worst customer service I've ever seen in 50 years nobody knows what they're doing I sat in line for two hours just to tell me they don't have the phone just an absolute clown show do not go to this Verizon go somewhere else read more

Costumer service is very poor. Whenever I go there, they add my name to the waiting list and I end up going to eat at Subway (which is right in the little strip mall) for 30 minutes to kill some time. Went to buy my iPhone there and the guy selling me the phone was trying to deter me from getting it and he was very rude about it. The chatter between him and his other employees was very unprofessional, especially around costumers and small children in the store. Very disappointed. read more

This store is staffed with morons. I can't recommend enough that people avoid this location. Go to blaine or elk river. I made the mistake of coming here and drawing with these people. Hours of my life have been wasted because the employees here either lied or or too incompetent to have their jobs. Management has made no effort to remedy the situations and the two that I've dealt with need to be fired. I cannot make this clear enough. No one should be forced to deal with the employees of this store location. Ownership doesn't seem to care so all of my complaints had to go to corporate. read more

I'd been to this store a couple times in past years and pretty much hated it -- it seemed to operate on the "one to hold the light bulb, four to turn the ladder" principle of having lots of people working there, but none able to help customers in a timely fashion. Nonetheless, I recently decided I needed a new phone so I went back to this store on an evening. It's apparently under new management! I was greeted and helped IMMEDIATELY when I walked in. The people I talked to were terrific, friendly, helpful, good listeners -- everything you could want. Let's hope they keep this management team for a LONG time. read more

I use this store 99% if the time however I used Blaine store because my father is dying and is in hospice care near Blaine I went to buy otter box for iPhone they sold me an inferior product for more money called life proof not near as good as otter box many glitches which I discussed and came back numerous times to talk about switching however they threw the box away and I was stuck at least I thought. I went to store in coon rapids and bought the otter box and the young lady that helped me listened to what happened to me and gave me credit for the inferior cover. Congratulations to her and her store I have enough on my mind with death of my father this really meant a lot to me. Thank you very much. read more

Went in to this store when my phone had an issue. My only phone I have, no other way to call anyone. Rude employee helped me. Had an attitude that my question was stupid. Did not ask other employees about it. Like she was so sure and knows everything. Of course she knows everything she was in her early 20's or younger. Just had a rude attitude like she just wanted to get rid of me. Anyways I went home and did an online chat with a Verizon agent and the issue was fixed in about a minute. Don't go to this place unless you want a ignorant geek to try to sell you a phone, they have no knowledge of anything about Verizon. Attitude like a ornery mule. read more

I came in a day after purchasing 2 phones and a service plan, to give them a copy of a check stub to verify employment for a corporate discount. I entered the building to see a number of people apparently waiting for a salesperson, and waited in line to have my name taken by a person with a i-pad. The lady in front of me was told it would take a while to service her, and I was told the same thing ( even after explaining that I didn't need phone help but was just dropping off a piece of paper !) She said I would have to wait like everyone else. I left. If I would have been treated that badly the night before I would have purchased elsewhere! read more

My husband and I have been in this store 3x in the last week. Each time we are met with long waits and poor customer service. Today I had it. We returned to take back a 100 $ phone cast that we were pressured into buying. I had everthing. Receipt, box. Everything. 1/2 hour we were told. 62 minutes later, someone approached us to apologize. I asked if this was necessary. I only need to return a phone case. After I was told I needed to wait a little longer, they helped 2 people that came in after me. Utterly disgusted. all these other reviews are exactly correct. This store is super slow and it doesn't matter what you are there for expect it to take a very long time to get help. I've been going there far too long and putting up with it. today was my last time going there. read more
