I do not recommend this place. Every time I come in, they give me a hard time. The first time I visited, they were extremely rude about letting me use their phone to call Assurant or to simply look up my claim number for me since I was without a phone. I've brought three phones up there this month, and they keep telling me that I need to have my phone updated and that it's always been their policy this year. I went into this CPR location yesterday for my phone due to water damage () and my phone was in pristine condition when returned to me. The gentlemen in the store despite having technical issues with the internet (outside of his control) was incredibly kind and accommodating and the repair was super quick! Thank you to the CPR team in the Stonecrest Mall, not only did y'all have great customer service but also according to my research prior to my arrival they also have the best prices in the surrounding areas. read more

STAY AWAY! Walked in needing a cracked phone screen repaired. When I came back to pick up my phone, the repair person let me know that although they were able to fix my front screen, they shattered the glass back of my phone (which was in mint condition when I brought it in) in the process. Not only is the back shattered, the glass back is completely missing from the bottom of my phone. The repair person explained that it happens sometimes, phones these days aren't created to last, and that they would fix the back. Of course, that's a given. The problem was that they refused to give me a discount on the cost of my original repair (over $180) for the inconvenience because it would "eat into his profits" (his words). He then tried to explain that his "margins" for the repair were small so he couldn't offer a discount. I tried being understanding at first but eventually just had to let him know that his profit margins aren't my concern when he broke my phone. After going back and forth with him, it took my brother coming in for the man at the counter to almost immediately admit that he had no problem offering a discount, he just didn't like "the way I spoke to him". He then proceeded to negotiate a discount with my brother, who wasn't the customer, didn't sign the contract and wasn't paying for the repair. Guess I needed a "male representative" for the man to take me seriously? He then, condescendingly, offered me a job at the store (can't make this stuff up). I walked into a business expecting professionalism, not some culture/male ego crap from the repairman who BROKE my phone during a "repair". Things like this happen, I get that. It's the blatant disregard for the customer's experience that has me baffled. If you make a mistake, it's your job to fix it and ensure that the customer is happy. Here I am, 1 week post "repair" and I still haven't gotten an update on the status of this repair. Absolutely terrible service, no respect for the customer, I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. read more

We came here to get our screen fixed originally , which they did but they also did something else with out letting us know .. They changed our battery which we didn't NEED so technically they stole my battery and put a bad one in & took my GOOD battery they also took the placements off to hold the battery down which they had no business doing!! all they was paid to do is switch the screen!! Then when we came to them about it IN A NICE MANNER they had a nasty nonchalant response for no reason because they know what they did!!! Came to have the screen replaced on my son's phone. For what I paid I could have just bought a new phone. The employees are nice and polite. The store is clean; cluttered, but clean. There is so much stuff hanging from the walls, it's hard to tell what exactly is going on; what is for sale and what they do. Outside of the name, if you walked in you might be confused. They are located inside the mall so there is plenty of parking. Turnaround time was longer than quoted. I was told 5 days and it was a few days past that at 7. I received a phone call when the part came in though and I appreciated that. I wasn't told what the delay was, but believe it could be shipping was slow because of the holiday season. I don't believe I will come back here simply because of their prices. $95 to repair the screen on a Moto e5 phone. I didn't even pay that much for the phone itself. Be prepared for high prices when you come here. Good service, but high prices. read more

I had a battery replacement on my galaxy phone and the battery drains faster than the old replaced battery. I'm not sure they replaced the battery at all... I would not trust this place to work on my phone ever again! read more

After my phones screen was broken. I felt like it was the end of the world. I've had my phone for 3 years with no problems. Then bam!! The screen and home button gets smashed. So I brought my phone to these guys. They gave me a great quote. I got my phone back and it looked fantastic. Worked perfect. It's been 24 hours and no problems. I came hear on November 13 to get my iPhone 5 screen fixed and it came out nice as expected, not more then 3 hours later the phone doesn't work. So I brought it back the next day and what the man said would take 20 minutes turned into 2 hours sitting at the mall while he went on break and did everything else but fix my phone.
