I called ahead of time and it was said that there would be a 1-2 hour wait. It was also supposed to be $70. When I showed up, the 1-2 hour job turned into a 5-6 hour job. They said it would be ready by 4 and around that time, I got a confirmation message that it was ready. When I showed up, no one was there and it was still within their regular hours. Then I called the owner and he said he would get ahold of someone. Nothing ended up getting done and wouldn't answer any more calls. I ended up being without my phone on a two day overnight trip and I'm a minor and I wasn't with my parents, so this lack of care and management led to my safety and trust being compromised. When I returned, they went to look for my phone and lost it. They proceeded to look for ten minutes without an explanation of where it went and they thought someone stole it. Then finally they looked under a MacBook in the bin where it was supposed to be and they found it. So after all these bumps in the road I was happy to get my phone back but wanted some form of compensation/refund for what mistakes they made and what trouble they caused me. But no, all they could say was that they completed the repair and that's all. So just drive the extra 20-30 minutes to somewhere else where they actually care about you- the customer. P.S. Their terms and conditions are absolutely ridiculous. It puts all the risk on the customer and has ended up costing others lots of money for things they didn't want done.

Cellcom Tech Repair - Would not recommend. I called and…read moreasked if I could get my phone repaired because my phone fell out of my pocket and the screen hit a rock, which caused the screen to have a big white line from the top to the bottom of my phone. He said he could get it fixed and it would only take an hour. When I took it in he realized that he didn't have the screen for it, but could get it overnighted so that it could get done the next day. I thought that was reasonable and agreed. Over the next three days I kept having to call and he would tell me one excuse after another of why it wasn't done. First 2 days he said that the screen wasn't on the truck. The third day that I called and started to lose my patience he finally admitted to not ordering it. He did promise that if he didn't get it fixed he would give a full refund. Finally on Friday I got to get my phone back and there was someone else in the shop. When I got home, I had realized that the screen wasn't right because it is suppose to be from edge to edge. This is not the case. There is clearly a thick black outline around the screen. Not only that but there was a small flicker of a line that shows up every now and then. But to make matters worse the back wasn't even glued on. I called and told him the problems and told him I wanted my money back on the same day which was Friday. He said that he was out of town and that he would give me the refund when he opened back up at 9 on Sunday. When I got there, he wasn't there even though the open sign was lite up. I had to call yet again and he said he would be there in 5 minutes and then promptly hung up on me. He did show up within the 5 minutes and when I went in to show him the phone he said well everything is functional and that he doesn't give refunds. I tried to show him the flicker of light and the edge around the phone but he just kept saying it was functional. He then said that I would then need to call his lawyer and started walking out of the shop. This was a very frustrating situation and it was not resolved like it should have been. I know that sometimes we all have off days, but you should still stand behind your work.
