I contacted Take Care CPR and spoke with Denise who had me in the office 2 days later. Not only was she professional and knowledgeable, she was thorough and personable. I was a bit anxious because (it was Friday) my job started the following Monday and I had to show that I was certified, Denise reassured me and made the process on a whole, smoother. Since the other person who was supposed to do the course with me couldn't make it (due to a personal reason), I ended up with a private class and was done within 2.5hrs.
