I took this class during covid and it entailed combination of online portion via zoom for the teaching and In-Person skills test where you demonstrate CPR on a dummy. The online class was thorough yet easy to follow. Mahnaz provided insightfil anecdotes and real-life examples which were very helpful in the learning process. I enjoyed the class and thought it was engaging. Overall, it took about 1.5-2 hours as others have mentioned to get through the online course with Mahnaz. I do recommned this class to anyone who is interested in learning about cpr for the first time or as a refresher course. It was a convenient, interesting, and painless experience! read more

Practical, to the point instruction in a safe environment. Performing BLS can be concerning in these times, even when all parties are vaccinated. The academic portion of the class is delivered on Zoom. The skills portion is outdoors with the most careful distancing and infection control procedures. What an amazingly helpful training! I hadn't taken a course in over two years and I just feel so much more informed and prepared. I have two young kids and am around other kids quite often so this is so important that I know CPR. I am very appreciative to Mahnaz as she is the best CPR instructor I have taken a course from. This class was incredibly informative, the instructor shared her personal story behind her motivation to teach - and you can tell she is passionate about the classes she offers. The virtual class was 1.5-2 hours and covered in detail CPR and choking for adults, children and infants, as well as AED. I took this CPR class with Mahnaz and it was wonderful. She was very informative, passionate about what she was teaching and really knew her stuff. The cognitive portion was done safely, remotely, and very convenient which helped because of my crazy schedule. The skill portion for certification was done outside with strict Covid-19 safety measures which I loved. Both masks and 6 feet social distancing was strictly enforced and she made no exceptions which I truly appreciated. I really appreciated how flexible and accommodating she was with my schedule.
