Recently we had to replace a ceiling light and realized the paint they used on the ceiling had unexpectedly caused the light trim to stick. In order to replace the light, we had to damage the ceiling. Over 2 years after they completed their work, we called to tell them what was going on and they sent someone over right away to fix the ceiling! Just wow! After a few days and no email I decided to reach out, an email finally came. I attached my photos and the specifics of the job. Meanwhile I had received a couple on site visits and quotes from other concrete contractors in the area. A couple weeks later I finally received my quote and it was about 5 times more than the other quotes I received. It's hard to say if that is how much they charge or if they just increased the price because they didn't want the job. Regardless, by the time I received the quote the job was already completed at a fraction of the cost. Unfortunately I cannot speak to the quality of their work because we never made it that far.
