Then he left a cut out hole in the cabinet above the microwave because he had originally installed them to far to one side and had to be removed and reinstalled and then we still have the cord to the microwave rolled up in the cabinet so you can really only use one side of it. Less than eight months after completing my kitchen project, the sub par work is already falling apart. One of the drawers completely came off the track because improper screws were used, and the tile work they performed is not high quality. The paint job was done by non qualified subcontractors. We actually had to hire another painting company to completely redo their work because the quality was so bad. The entire project took far longer than promised. Workers constantly showed up late, worked only a couple of hours, and then left. The only thing this company stayed consistent with was asking for money. Alex, the owner, was extremely disrespectful, dishonest, and very difficult to deal with throughout the entire process. Communication was awful, promises were not kept, and the quality of work does not match the amount of money paid. Now I'm left having to redo work that should have been done correctly the first time.
