I originally went to O2 welllness to have a consultation with Brenda on weight loss. After a lengthy interview with Brenda, I realized I had more pressing health issues than trying to lose a few pounds. I had been dealing with chronic pain from severe bone loss/arthritis in my shoulders, arthritis in my hips, and pain from a hamstring reattachment surgery. When I first visited with Brenda, I was also newly diagnosed with a neuromuscular auto immune disease called Ocular Myasthenia Gravis, and Hashimoto's. Both of these immune diseases were causing me extreme fatigue. I decided to focus on getting the inflammation down in my body and thought the red light therapy would be helpful. After just a few sessions, my shoulder pain had diminished significantly and my skin seemed to radiate along with the crepey skin on my arms seemed to be firming up. One day when I was scheduled for a red light therapy session, I had extreme hip pain and Brenda recommended I try the MedBed which is Pulsed electro magnetic field therapy. When I walked into O2 wellness, I could barely walk the pain in my hip was so bad. After one session on the med bed, my pain had diminished by about 70%. It seemed like a miracle. I have been coming and having both the PEMF, and the red light therapy around once a week for the last couple of months, not only has my pain diminished, my skin tone has improved, AND, most importantl, I have not had a Myasthenia Gravis flareup since March! Ocular Myasthenia Gravis can be a progressive disease, but I think with the help of the PEMF, (med bed) I am going to keep this disease from progressing. I went to see Brenda at O2 wellness today to see if there was something she could recommend for my swollen foot due to a bicycle injury 5 weeks ago. I am an NP and had done everything I knew to do to help heal it, but, the swelling and pain just would not resolve. She recommended a Med Bed treatment, which I happily did, willing to try anything at this point. That was 2 hours ago and for the first time in 5 weeks, I can actually see the veins and tendons in my right foot and it looks "almost" normal!!! The pain has gone from a 6/10 to a 2/10!!! The Hcg diet works! I've lost weight. I have a busy schedule that is unpredictable-most times I don't know if I have a gig until the night before and 99 percent is in LA. Went in to tell them I had lost 7 lbs already! I mentioned that today, I had mixed veggies because I had to grab a bite and the place I went to had some language barriers. Wow, Brenda was incredibly rude and abrasive and pretty much hit the roof when I said that. You'd think I had cheated on the diet with a banana split! I was so shocked that I flat out asked her if I should just make myself throw it up, and puke it out because she made a big deal out of it. My husband is a customer and that's how I got started. Brenda said to me that my husband is worried that I won't stick to it while he's gone for two weeks. Wtf! When I mentioned it to him he was pissed. He said that Brenda kept hounding him to make sure I stuck with it, that he needs to support me in this endeavor. He just let it in one ear and out the other. But when he heard what happened, he was not happy. He has a package for foot detox and once it's over he said he won't be returning. I certainly won't be! I was lucky enough to receive a gift card to O2-Wellness for Valentine's Day from my very sweet husband. I couldn't wait to get in for our first visit and now I am hooked. I love the vibe machine. After the first use I slept better than I have in decades, it was incredible. We also did a foot detox that day, judging by the color of the water we needed it, ick! Day three on the vibe was today. I came in with a terrible tummy ache and after 10 minutes it was gone. This is incredible because when I get a tummy ache it stays until the next day, every time. I can feel the vibe working on all sorts of muscles, including facial muscles. I am excited to see the results after a bit of time has gone by, since the 3 day results are already impressing me. o2 Wellness Center is fantastic! I walked out of there on cloud nine after doing the foot detox, sauna, crystal therapy and viber. I felt so good on my drive back to Long Beach, I went hiking in Laguna Hills and after that almost felt like a couldn't drive because it was a natural high. Fabulous, knowledgeable, and friendly staff! The atmosphere is relaxed while being introduced to a ton of services that you never new could benefit health! lol I'm pretty frugal, so the packages were the best bang for my buck :) Like the oxygen bar (natural high) Haha Vibing has helped core strength, posture, back pain, and circulation. Infrared sauna was an incredible detox that was tolerable, unlike traditional saunas. I have skin problems and like the previous review, the Kagan water helped also! I always prefer small local business to corporate, and they always have new stuff to check out and learn about all the time. Bought a Groupon before I found out I needed to have a hip replacement and radiation for skin caner. I called them to set up an appt. to go in the last day of my Groupon and found out that I needed to speak to my Dr. before using anything. I asked for an extension on my expiration date and they would not even give me a few days. I have other Groupons with the same situation and those owners were more then happy to accommodate me. Well for one, The minute I found out I couldn't take them I called back within that week, I asked the girl that assisted me if I can return the HCG Package(out of 7 items only 2 were open but never used) and she said they don't do any returns. Secondly, it's extremely overpriced. You think you're getting some kind of deal and you're really not. I spent almost $400 that day....come to find out..all the supplements I bought came to a total of $100 . There are some items if you even look up by the company they're selling you from where their products are less than $10. There's an item with no label, which they call "O2 B thins" basically all of your vitamin b that retails for under $10 but they retail it for $79 just as an example. Today I found out that they in fact did have a return policy if returned within the 30days. I'm so upset and feel like I got gypped big time. Great experience with their vibration therapy. I had worked with power plate technology previously for athletes and other general population people. The therapeutic piece is better for other populations that have difficulty with movement or the special populations. These populations of disabled or elderly still need movement too. How do they get it? Well, o2 Wellness has this solution with a very easy yet effective piece of equipment. It can even be controlled to grant them further resistance as they become more capable on it.
