Nope; One gel x fell off after two days with the second the next day. I went to an other shop to get them removed. I asked for individual lash extensions. The tech glued to clumps of my natural eyelashes together in sections to attach the extensions . I have been getting eyelash extensions on and off for the past 4 years . This is the worst ever. Regular Pedicure and manicure is all I recommend. DONT get eyelash extensions here. You have been warned. read more

(Not a previous customer to any of the techs) I called the same day and got an appointment for that afternoon. The service I asked for was a gel manicure but the service I received was dip powder. I was very impressed with the gentle touch of the manicure and the color! It was recommended to me since my nails were soft and broke with the gel manicure after the recent removal of acrylics. Prices are average pricing for nails. They have a MILLION colors and each color has a regular, gel, and dip polish to match! I will come back to this nail spot to see how it progresses and to get another service done. Also to note they have a loyalty program when you check in which helps when it all adds up! They also don't have TV's, but music is at a good volume. read more

I went for a gel manicure , eyebrow waxing and a polish change on my toes recently. In the two years I've never had a pedicure from them...very sensitive feet. This did not go well with the technician., I was asked at least 5x why I won't allow her to do my feet. I do not want to be shamed for not accepting the upsell from anyone. The technician was not the best to say the least. After my polish change she informed me they do not have any disposal flip flops so I would have to get a reusable flip flop ....this was before my manicure even started. Again, she pushed extensions, design, etc., We proceeded and after my nails were done she informed me she didn't put on the top coat on my toes and I will be charged an extra $5 for the flip flops. I never had a polish change on my toes as a two step process. This must be new. I've been coming here since they opened two years ago. Some techs are naturally better but it was a call and walked in situation. I won't go back as this experience left me unsettled. read more

The first time I went there everything was perfect, but the 2nd time I went there I got a different tech and it was absolutely terrible. She cut off my skin on my 2nd toe and my toe was swollen for 3-4 days and it finally scabbed (she never apologized or mention anything). Then she barely removed the dried cuticles from other toes. The pedicure looks like she put one coat and after that she only painted the middle of my nail. Beware of which techs you get. I was so excited to come to the grand opening of CQ nails, as I'm a loyal customer of the owner's other salon, Persimmon Nails in DC. I have been coming to them for years and refuse to go anywhere else! The salon itself is extremely clean and beautiful. My french Gel X set with chrome was done by Ivy and she is very detail-oriented. I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she made it happen. All services were 20% off which was great! read more

I have been going to Titi since I moved to Fairfax. She recently moved to her new shop CQ Nails. The salon is beautiful and elegant. They have the largest variety of colors I have seen, they have matching SNS dip, gel and regular polish too which is a big bonus for me. The salon is very clean and their tools and pedicure stations are sanitized. I highly recommend this nail salon and I'd you try it, I'm sure it will become a favorite of yours as well. On the way out of town for thanksgiving (the day before to be exact) we stopped in Reston from Richmond to go to my husbands office holiday lunch, after he had some work that needed to be done so I ended up getting my nails done here and I was soooo happy with my experience! The salon is very pretty and the nail techs are all very kind! I was very very happy that they even accepted walk ins especially for being 4:30pm the day before thanksgiving! Got here at about 7pm on a Friday. I wanted gel x nails & a pedi. Prior to starting I explained to my tech that I like square square nails for my pedi & I need my toe nail lengths to match even if that included an overlay. The tech seemed understanding so I let her do her thing. Right before she started painting my toes I asked her to make all of my toenail lengths the same. She asked me to come back tomorrow for my nails because I'm "too picky" and the shop is about to close..... I asked her to stop servicing me as I didn't feel comfortable with rushed work. I asked how much did I owe her for the pedi (nails weren't painted yet); she said $40 which is the menu price. I explained that I did not feel comfortable paying that as I was given terrible customer service. I offered $25 then left. I got my feet done and she did amazing cant remember her name. she finished and had me go over to Amy and I felt she recommned I do something different and I was completely for IT! but she told me there was a up charge after DOING IT toward finishing she added lotion on my hands and started the massage and didn't even rub all the lotion in on my arm. so I had to go wash it all off. when paying I left she was eyeballing when I was doing the tip on Venmo i left completely violated!!! read more
