They warm them up and it was the perfect temperature. The matcha latte was very disappointing, though. I didn't end up finishing it and threw most of it out. It was bright green, but had no real matcha flavor to speak of. Instead it tasted overwhelmingingly of vanilla. So much so that as it cooled it reminded me of drinking melted vanilla ice cream. What disappointed me even more than the melting ice cream was the attitude. If you don't enjoy serving customers especially families with children maybe customer service isn't the right job for you.
