I had a fender bender with my car the whole front end was damaged. I had taken my car to Nicks one time before and intended o take it back there. When I called my insurance company I was surprised to hear them say I should take it to Nicks. they were so great about handling my claim. they were plesant and helpful. My back fender was also damaged but not in tthis accident. I asked him if he could fix it and I would pay for it. Again a great job was done. The big surprise for me was it looked like a brand new car. And they had even washed it for me. I was expecting a hugh bill for the bumper and it was what to me was affordable. So i had an issue with my 05 jag. trunk wouldn't open. no other way to get in. after calling 5 shops i got to Nicks. Moose got me right. he said come in and ill see if i can help you. off to a great start unlike the other shops. way more effort and care here. he found a way to get my trunk open with very minimal damage which i was ok with. i had raw food in the trunk for almost a whole 24hrs. Had a little dinger with my truck (needed side mirror replaced) and called them based on their Yelp reviews. They were VERY friendly on the phone. I drove down and got a very reasonable estimate very quickly. An appointment was made for one week later to bring it in. Please don't judge a book by it's cover. There are wrecked cars all over their property. It IS a body repair shop :) My truck was dropped off and back in my custody 7 hours later with a factory replacement mirror assembly. They did an awesome job on my wife's car. Good is like new and decent price . Whatever I hear from friends or coworkers , that's the shop to go in the area. They also work with all Insurance's. These are the nicest folks to work with that I have ever experienced in this business. They are efficient as the work is always done on time or ahead of schedule and their prices are often thousands less than the quotes that I received from their competitors. I have used them 3 times in the past 6 months and there was not a single issue with any of the repair work. They are the only body shop that I will use in the future. I had some bumper damage and brought the car in for an estimate. The estimate was very affordable so I scheduled the repair. They were booked up about two weeks and scheduled the repair. The day before I was supposed to bring the car in, they called to make sure I was still coming. I dropped the car off as scheduled. The repair took two days. Great customer service; they called at the end of the first day with an update. I picked up the car the next day and the car looked great. No way to tell there was bumper damage. These people are great and affordable. I highly recommend if you need body work. read more

I took my car in to have a bare metal rub, which I did by not paying attention to what I was doing. I stopped by and scheduled my car to be repaired at the shop. I dropped off my car on a Thursday evening, and picked it up on Friday evening. They had to smooth out the scratch, prime, paint, and clear coat my mother of pearl paint, Everything was perfect and you can not tell where I messed up the car. This is a small, lovely and wonderful place. I was trying to fix some scratches on my front and back bumper and they gave incredible efficient work and the most reasonable price, other then those ridiculous 4S auto shop. You get what you pay for. Paint didn't match, there was a scratch with touch-up paint that wasn't there prior to my visit. Overspray on vehicle, rubber molding inside of door was painted. Inside of vehicle was covered in body shop dust, (required detailing) vehicle was partially washed upon pick up. read more
