Homesense improves on the chaotic and frenetic merchandising practices of its relatives. In other words -- you will find the aisles logically organized with more limited and better curated selections. If you are looking for that odd off price piece -- like a sofa, chair, table, love seat, carpet or new china, this place is worth a look. As with all the other TJX retail stores, you are buying "off the floor" which means that the stuff has been sat in, handled, returned, jostled about, dinged, etc. -- so inspect carefully before buying -- especially with the higher priced furniture and carpets. I call the What's App #. No response. So I call again today. Still no answer but the machine says to look for their 'daily hours' on their Instagram page. I can't find the hours but I sent them a message on that site and for a brief moment, the hours appear and it states they should have been open all the times I was calling and messaging and showing up at their door. Well after being extremely frustrated, I decided to move on and shop elsewhere. Of course, as I am pulling up to another store, they finally reached out and said they will be open at 12pm. Too late. I shouldn't have to chase you down to give you business. And this would have been a very expensive order! Do you just open up random hours or when you feel like it? I'm not sure how you are going to stay in business if people can't just show up to shop. I was so disgusted and disappointed with the effort I had to put in just to try to buy things.
