Greg and Jeremy and the mechanics all knew I had no intention of giving up on this car. They treated it like it was their own and got to the root of the issue, gave me a loaner to take to the mountains. They kept me informed about the costs. Put the wrong fluid in the hydro steering twice at least! 1000 miles in a year and blew again! Got contact jeep mobile mechanic and was appalled how bad all the hoses where and absolutely clogging a hose and blue up! Over a year of this! My mechanic took 3.5 hours to rerun the hoses and get one hose the had made was 2' too long! Finally admitted to me they have no idea on hydroponic steering the 5th or 6th time! Why did they admitit then? And change me $250 an hour out maybe closer to $300. Just tell me and I'm tale it to someone who does! So much more to this story! Took 6 weeks to cut a notch in the air filter box to help one hose clear. Don't mess with Greg, and deal with Jeremy. He's so much better! Getting info from Greg is like pulling teeth! Still not quite sure why it was 6 weeks? Half the hoses are worn down and pretty sure they have replaced most at this point. Just don't go there! They are owned by eas auto.

Had Duncan replace my rear calipers. He installed them but didn't bleed the brakes or reset the…read moreelectronic parking brake despite offering to do both. I was able to bleed the brakes myself and get the car back on 4 wheels but as I don't have the diagnostic tool I couldn't reset the EPB. After requesting multiple times through text and phone calls that he come complete the work he promised he eventually just ghosted me. You can see in the pictures how he "completed" his work. He said he needed a second person to bleed the brakes and he'd return to finish. This didn't make a ton of sense to me since I was able to bleed them myself but whatever. I'll also be paying another mechanic to reset the parking brake since he couldn't do that either. Anyways, my recommendation is don't give him your money. Edit: Dude, on the 26th you said you'd bleed the brakes, did you do that? The message says you and another guy would be by on the 27th to do it, did you and another dude do it or did I at 9 o'clock when I got home from work? Then we spoke on the 28th and you apologized when I told you I had to bleed the brakes because you blew me off. I then told you the brakes were still in service mode and you told me you saw that when you were doing the calipers and thought about resetting it then but didn't because you figured you could just do it when you bled the brakes. You then apologized again and told me you'd be by with the diagnostic tool to reset it. You haven't done that. I've called multiple times and your mailbox is full. You also haven't responded to texts. I find it hard to believe that's "service you stand behind"

Even though they don't come with dealer warranties here (they're not a brand dealership obviously) the price of the car + the added warranty was still cheaper than the other cars from nearby dealerships. We worked with Victor and he was efficient in letting us test drive and getting all our paperwork ready. So far we're very happy with the car - no obvious issues or troubles. Works as expected. I bought a 2012 Mini Cooper for my High School daughter that stopped twice while she was driving and had to be pushed out of the road to safety. I have had the car 32 days and its been towed twice and "repaired/fixed" 3 times and now has a check engine light on. If you want a car that looks good on the outside and will break down every week Custom Cars West has got a car for you. Never trust a business that, when given the chance to make things right, chooses silence, delay, or the cheapest patch instead of taking real responsibility. Although we live way down south in Lone Tree,…read morethe body shops we were trying to work with down here were unresponsive and straight up just did not want to work with our insurance (Bristol West.) This left us anxious that there would be insurance issues and we'd be out of pocket more than we needed. Or that we'd never find a body shop to fix our car! We found Green Tech based on their good reviews, got in touch with George, and he took our Mazda immediately. Within the week, insurance had paid the difference, George ordered parts and beautifully fixed up the front end of our car, AND as a really nice surprise he even fixed a spot that the Mazda service department left on our hood when they were changing the oil. He and his team went above and beyond. It was truly an stress-free ordeal. I hope to never have to need body work on the car again, but if I do I'll 100% be contacting George! I cannot recommend Green Tech enough.

Eventually they called me back and I made arrangements to drop my car off after hours, due to a busy work schedule. George told me there was a drop box in the door. I arrived at 10:30pm and searched all around the building and didn't find a drop box. I called him in the morning and he insisted I just missed it and there was a Dropbox in the door. I asked him to send a picture of the drop box so I didn't miss it again and that's when he told me they don't have a drop box. I was suppose to jimmy open a window and then push the office door open through the window and throw my keys in. None of which was explained on the phone and not something I'd know to do as that's also considered breaking and entering. This place seems incredibly sketchy. I would not trust them with my vehicle.
