He was at my house in an hour and knew exactly what my car needed, what pieces needed to be replaced, and recommended replacing a few plastic parts associated with the oil seal and engine stuff with metal ones to avoid future problems and explained why these things were causing my car issues and why they needed to be replaced. I really appreciated how well everything was explained, and trusted him immediately as his knowledge was very evident to look at my car. I asked him to take a look at the engine, brakes, and I needed a few other things looked at and I'll knew exactly what the problems were and gave me a quote and said I could bring it by the shop and he would have it fixed by the next day. It was ready as promised, and fine initally. Then when I drove a few hours later, there were new issues and I was lucky to make it home so I contacted Al at 8pm and instead of responding the next day, he came over at 9 PM on a Friday night to pick my car and take it back to his shop which was a huge relief to me as I planned to drive to the mountains the next day and was sure I'd have to cancel my trip. He figured out what happened and fixed it immediately.
