This was one of the worst dining experiences I've ever had. The food tasted old and possibly reused--my friend even got sick and threw up shortly after eating. The customer service was just as bad. The young lady at the counter had a terrible attitude and got visibly upset when I politely asked her to wash her hands after handling money. Hygiene standards were nonexistent. I watched them use the same towel to wipe down multiple surfaces, including food prep areas. Completely unacceptable. If you're craving hibachi or grilled food, do yourself a favor and go to Yoshi or Benihana instead. This place is not worth your time or your health. Just under a week ago, I ordered the Steak and Shrimp Hibachi Rice via Uber Eats. I'd heard great things about this place and decided it was time to experience it firsthand. The portion is plentiful as the container was filled to the brim. I was surprised by the lack of seasoning to the food. The rice did not have any flavor to it at all. There was a dollop of garlic butter atop the center of it. I'd requested extra garlic butter but wasn't provided any. I had to make my own version of it and doctor the meal up to eat it. It was delicious once I did so. I'm going to chalk it up to it being an Uber Eats order and the instructions possibly didn't print properly. I will have to go in to place my own order before forming a final option on them. Hence the three star rating for the time being. read more

Let's start with the good. First of all, the young man working the counter was so nice. He's a huge asset to the business. Second, the food is absolutely delicious. So yummy. I do wish, however, they would take phone orders. I suspect they don't because people don't pick them up if not prepaid. The rice was different it's not your traditional rice but once you mix it up it's pretty good. It comes with the garlic butter and yum yum sauce if you want it. We went close to closing so food was somewhat limited and we had a longer wait for the food. The veggie options were good and they also serve smoothies. Third time arriving and the business is closed! Hours are extremely inconsistent online and even on the sign outside. I called in today at 3 pm and the employee said they would be open at 9 pm. I specifically called in because I showed up last week on Friday and it was closed when I arrived. 8:40 and the business is closed! Sign on the door says they close at 9:30. Finally got a chance to check this spot out after following the owner on social media and watching all of his great cooking. Please know that this is TAKE OUT ONLY!!! Well, he has not disappointed because my food was so good!!! This new spot is located in a strip mall on East Jefferson off of Chene St. I really wish it was right off Jefferson but it is in the corner of the strip so you won't see it riding pass so look for Bucharest Grill and it's a few doors down. I ordered the steak and shrimp and my husband got the chicken shrimp. These entrees come with your choice of vegatables...onions, mixed peppers, squash and zuccini. The food was seasoned very good, was nice and hot and served in a nice sized portion bowl for the price. They also have mexican corn that was ok but it needed a little more seasoning on it for my taste. If I had any complaint it would be that the steak only comes as well done and that the juice bar section was closed but I think it was only because they were short staffed. The staff was overall very nice and helpful and answered all of my many questions. They are closed on Mondays but open Tuesdays through Sunday. I will be go back because I want to try some the juice bar. read more

The meat is always good. The garlic butter makes it better. The rice is not my favorite it's almost like Rice-a-roni. The shrimp are big but they medium container only has 6 shrimp. Veggies are cooked to perfection. The staff is really nice. There is a little seating inside but the outside has a few tables. I decided to try C&S today since the location of the restaurant is literally a 10 minute drive from me. I ordered the chicken and shrimp fried rice bowl on Uber Eats. Omgggg the food was sooo good by the time I thought to take a picture of my food it was gone lol. I have to say I love me some hibachi fried rice and my go to spot growing up was Benihana. However I have to say Crack & Sizzle is WAYYYY better than Benihana. I was a bit skeptical since the bowl was a little over $20 but the quality of the food and service is definitely worth every penny. Everything was seasoned perfectly, the shrimp was cooked just right and the chicken wasn't dry. You can taste the garlic butter that they use in every bite. I did add a little bit of the sauce to a spoonful of the rice to see how it tasted since I'm not big on sauces, it was flavorful as well. i don't know where to begin, I've tried the place a couple times. I visited the place & then my job decided to support & ordered the staff lunch, both times I didn't enjoy it. The steak has way to much fat on it it's actually more fat than steak & the sauce taste weird & it was very dry. The rice well it taste like Rice-A-Roni & the salmon I had was dry & couldve had more flavor to it. I will say I enjoyed the corn & I would've like to gotten a smoothie but i guess they were short handed because know one was working that station so I got lemonade which was HORRIBLE!!!! The owner wasn't so friendly either seem like the staff wasn't happy working there needless to say I or my coworkers won't be back. read more
