Edited in response to the owner: The employee could have been much more polite in general. A previous review from another family (scroll down) had the same experience as we did, so that definitely means your business lacks tact when interacting with their potential customers. Instead of rudely telling us to watch our children the employee could have said something like "Hi thank you for visiting us today. We try our best to make sure children are safe and ask that you please have your children near you at all times. We hope you understand." Much more polite, and still gets your message across. Instead of this long winded message below try pouring some of that energy into training your rude staff. Still felt unwelcome and won't recommend this store to anyone and especially anyone that has children! Have a blessed day.

The first two times a friend and I came into the store to pick-up a large ticket item (which he purchased two of). We walked in wearing jeans, and had work gloves on - and were treated as if we were savages. We were made to feel rushed and like we needed to get out as soon as possible. Nevermind the fact that none of the staff at this place ever volunteered or asked if we might need assistance carrying our purchase to the car! Today I walked in to buy a friend a gift certificate for Christmas. Because the gift certificate was less than what they felt was adequate, I was told they would NOT sell me a gift card in that same amount again. Excuse me? Business is business and money is money period. These people have a serious problem with politeness and being friendly - I will NOT shop at this establishment ever again, and will be sure to let all the members of my community know the same.
