Instead of rudely telling us to watch our children the employee could have said something like "Hi thank you for visiting us today. We try our best to make sure children are safe and ask that you please have your children near you at all times. We hope you understand." Much more polite, and still gets your message across. Instead of this long winded message below try pouring some of that energy into training your rude staff.
