Was recommended this place from a Verizon store employee in an alternative to the Apple Store replacing my screen. They were available and super friendly. Took exactly how long they said it would and everything looked great. However, my phone isn't the same. Backlight is either super bright or too dark. The color contrast isn't the way it was before, and while they said that might happen, I wasn't expecting it to be that big of a difference. My husband was in desperate need of fixing his phone. His iPhone 14 Pro was shattered in the back, resulting in the battery being a bust.
