I have an iPhone 12 Pro Max and one of the cameras was broken to the point where when I would open up the camera it would make a long beep noise until I left the camera app. He fixed it in 30 minutes. I came here a while back to get my iPhone 12 Pro Max fixed after cracking both the screen and back plate. Ray kept the phone for about half a day, which worked out perfectly since I was at work during that time. When I picked it up, I was honestly impressed--it looked brand new, like it had never been damaged at all. Unfortunately, because non-Apple parts were used during the repair, I started experiencing battery issues right away. The battery would drain extremely quickly, giving me barely 40 minutes of use. I called Ray the next day to explain what was happening, and without hesitation, he told me to bring it back so he could take another look. I brought the phone back in, and he replaced both the screen and battery again, no questions asked. He genuinely wanted to make things right, and I appreciated that. The battery life did improve a bit--up to about an hour--but the issue still lingered. At that point, I figured it wasn't worth pushing further since I was already planning to upgrade. In the end, I decided to trade in the 12 Pro Max and upgrade to the iPhone 16 Pro Max. Despite the battery hiccup, the overall experience was a good one. I've had to replace front and back screens 3 times because they break from the SLIGHTESTTTTTTT drop and that's with a case. Feels like it's made as cheap as possible so it breaks as easy as possible so you come back. Sure, it's my fault for dropping it but it's bound to happen once and unfortunately that one time it happens it will likely break. The quality is also noticeably worse but not a huge deal. He could have told me I need more repair which would be not needed. I can always trust him which is a very comforting feeling. It's not a fancy store but you can see it's a store where the technical support level is high which is what I am in need of. He is super knowledgeable and friendly and explains things in a way that an unknowledgeable person can easily understand. It is super nice having the shop in the market because while he is fixing a phone you can walk around and pick up some BBQ, Chinese or bakery items! Also a ton of fresh seafood and Asian foods. Oh boy, Roy! Like a dum dum head, I put my phone in my pocket while installing a retaining wall at my house, and some tiny but mighty pebbles got in the charger port. GAAAAH can't charge my phone!
