I broke the screen on my Samsung S23 Ultra and took my phone to iPhix on Limonite. They replaced the screen and sent me on my way. Unfortunately, the screen was glitchy. I called them and was told to bring it in and they'd replace it. Apparently, sometimes these screens have issues. They replaced it again in under an hour and it works great! I took my sons iPad gen 7 to get the charging port fixed and they said it was a 6 gen that it would be an easy fix and would be ready the next day.. it took them over 2 weeks to get it back to us but never did they call us to let us know that they were having trouble with it. Well Not even a month with the iPad "fixed",that the screen went black we took it back to them and over a week we went to see since no one bother to call us. Well they said that the motherboard was burned and they couldn't do anything. If we only had a problem with the charging port and was "fixed by them" why would the motherboard burn.. very strange . Absolutely horrible service! These people have had my special needs son's iPad for well over a month and a half! I have repeatedly called to be told that I will get a call back. I have only received one callback from the owner Zach. today I was informed that the iPad is on its way back and he'll let me know when he gets it. I was also informed that the iPad was at the store in Rancho Cucamonga. It's still not fixed. Owner was definitely rude telling me I do not understand the process, I don't have to understand the process. It does not take very much for someone to keep you informed as to what's going on when they do not meet their own deadline I was told one week I waited two weeks before I started calling and each time I called, I was just put off, I would not leave anything of mine here. Israel is the goat ! Brought my computer in because it had a black screen, it would turn on but the screen would be blacked out, no damage or nothing like that on the screen. By the time I was approaching my car door in the parking lot he was calling my phone letting me know that he fixed it! I took my computer to apple the day before and they swore I needed to order a part that was $500 and even then they didn't know if that'll fix the problem, and tried selling me a new computer at the end of the day.
