When I got there, I was welcomed by the owner of the business, Luis Santos. Luis was very knowledgeable and his exceptional customer service made the entire experience extremely easy and fast. He was able to diagnosed the problem and provided a reasonable quote on the spot. After agreeing to move forward with the repair, the team there immediately started working on my phone and had everything completed in under an hour. To summarize, service was FAST and EASY, customer service was phenomenal, and pricing was great. I was honestly surprised because other places I've gone to usually take much longer, and there's often dust trapped under the protector. A few days later, I managed to crack my screen protector again (of course!). I headed back to uBreakiFix, and they immediately pulled up my account, confirmed I had the warranty, and replaced it for just $5. The entire process was quick, easy, and hassle-free both times. We were pleased with the service until we realized that the inner screen sometimes doesn't turn on when you open the folding phone (this was never a problem before the repair). This has rendered the front-facing camera inoperable (also never a problem before the repair), and when we brought the phone back to explain that the repair must have not been done properly, the owner rudely repeated "just submit a claim then, just submit an insurance claim, we won't even look at the phone until you submit a new claim". Instead of apologizing or even trying to understand that this issue was caused by their faulty repair, he was very rude and dismissive. So, we submitted a new claim and brought the phone back to get fixed. We explained the issue again, and the same man says "well then you should've submitted a claim for a broken camera so that i could replace the part but we don't have any replacement camera parts now". We tried to explain again that the root of the issue is from the way the inner screen was installed, the camera part itself is fine, but he insisted that we need to resubmit the claim with a different description. Again, with the same rude and dismissive attitude - refusing to take accountability for the mistake they made during the initial repair. This is seriously the worst place you could bring your phone for any kind of repairs, it's a shame that AT&T contracts with them through insurance. Look for a different location to entrust your repairs to, this place will leave you with more issues because of the shortcuts they take.

The only thing that initially made me hesitate was that it was a home-based business. I decided to keep looking around and even visited another highly rated repair shop in the area. Before I could even ask if they could repair my controller, they immediately recommended QCQ Repair. That told me everything I needed to know. From the moment I spoke with Jose, I could tell he genuinely knew what he was doing. With over 10 years of experience, his knowledge and professionalism stood out immediately. He took the time to listen to my concerns about my controller, understood how much sentimental value it had to me, and even understood how excited I was to play the upcoming Halo Remastered. What impressed me the most was his honesty. From the very beginning, he told me there was a possibility the controller couldn't be repaired because of how Microsoft designed the Elite Series 2. He didn't make promises he couldn't keep or give me false hope. Instead, he was upfront and transparent, and I respected that more than anything. I dropped my controller off on July 3rd, right before the holiday weekend, and he was still willing to take it in. A few days later, he contacted me with great news--he had successfully repaired it. Not only does my controller work perfectly again, but he also replaced the joystick with an upgraded component to help prevent the issue from happening again. The price was more than fair considering the complexity of the repair and the cost of replacing one of these controllers. What really sets QCQ Repair apart is that Jose genuinely cares about the quality of his work and his customers. His business isn't about getting people in and out as quickly as possible--it's about doing the job right. That's exactly why his reviews are so outstanding, and now I completely understand why so many people recommend him. My son went there a while back and had the guy put a new battery in my older phone, the price was very good and he was fast. So when I dropped my phone and cracked the screen, my son called over to see if the guy had a screen- the guy had to order one which arrived after a couple of days.
