An apple fritter that I'm familiar with is served like a large donut, these were donut holes. Tasty little bites that they custom-made for our order. The ambience is comfortable, but don't go expecting linens and glasses and a sit down experience, you order and they bring the tray of food to you when it's ready and life is good at that point. We get from here often to feed our family for dinner once every couple of weeks, and we've learned the hard way to check your bags. It happens often. Couple of weeks ago before knowing this I went through the drive-thru, and I couldn't even understand the girl. She mumbled so bad. I ordered a 20 piece bucket that already comes with 3 sides, but with our family we need more so I got 5 more sides. I drove up, pay, and they tell me to pull up and wait. The guy runs it out to us, and we head home. We got the original order of the 20 piece, with the 3 sides, but forgot all 5 additional sides. Had to go all the way back. They were VERY nice about it, and apologetic. The woman at the register apologized, and actually looked worried that it was forgotten, and the manager apologized as she walked by. Got us our sides, and also included cookies for the inconvenience. About a week later my dad went to pick up some food again. He was too busy to think about how they forgot last time, and when he got home realized they forgot additional sides again. Two other times since then that I won't go into detail for length wise but this has happened yet again each time. I don't know if they can't count, or what.. but being busy isn't an excuse cause each time they haven't been. Besides that, their food is always pretty great for KFC!
